This number called my personal cell phone yesterday (4/16) at 5:21 PM EST, I did not answer as I was out and did not recognize the number. The same number then called me again today (4/17) at 10:04 AM EST, 10:05 AM, and 10:05 AM THREE TIMES IN A ROW!!! Usually they stop when I don't answer the first time. I have never seen this number before and have no debt with any company so am highly confused as to why they are calling my cell phone number which is unpublished and has never been used on any applications, online surveys, requests, etc. They of course left no message any of the times they have called.

Called me.  Dont know who this person is but please please please stop calling.  the accent makes it hard to understand a word and I don't own anything.  Really.

I got calls today from this number on both of my cell-phones. One is my personal cell-phone, and the other is my backup (secondary) cell-phone. They ask for somebody with a similar last name (Andrews) as mine - but there is no such person in my household, or in my family...

As with the other posts, the caller has a very easily recognized Indian accent - and they seemingly do not understand American English. I kept telling this xxx-hole there is no such person at either of the numbers he just called...

What I think...this is likely some collection agency on an obvious fishing expedition - calling ant number that comes back to any name even remotely close or similar to the actual person they are looking for...

I just add them to the Reject List on both phones - so next time they call they will be treated to the sound of a flushing toilet!

Received a call today from that number,  Individual sounded East Indian.  Hard to understand, asked him who he was with, he kept saying ZRI ?    I asked him what he wanted and he would say it was a personal call for ********,  I asked him what was the company he worked for and he would not answer.   I hung up and tried calling the number back and no answer...????  First time I have had this call, going to report to the do not call list...

WTH... I've received 4 calls in the last 4 days - each time I answer (just to tell them to quit calling) and each time they are asking for someone different? I tell them I have no idea who they are asking for and quit calling, but the next day... Hello... how do I make them stop calling my cell? Ugh!

I saw that I had missed a call from 347 230-5786. I tried calling them back twice. Each time I got a busy signal. From they other comments that have been left, I will not try calling them back anymore.

I did not answer.  They left no message.  Call was rec'd at 9:09am.  Believe it to be a debt collector, as I've been receiving other calls with strange out of state numbers within the last few days.  I called back, the telephone disconnected on me.

NCO Financial.  I stopped talking with these people and placed them on a behavior modification program.  Whenever they want to waste time, I allow them to but never talk with them.  They will call several times but will not leave a message.  Therefore, I will answer but will not talk.  Eventually, they get the message and get tired.

They won't stop calling and never leave a message.  The one time I did answer, they said they were calling on behalf of Chase.  They claimed I owed them $20,000.  What did I charge a car??????

This is NCO Recovery. I have them listed as "calls to answer" but don't talk.  They can only call your residence once per day.  Once that quota is filled, I do not hear from them until the next day.  They do get tired of this and will eventually stop calling.

I had requested, to not call me at my cell phone, only at home for all this matters, my cell phone is for other personal uses, at home is a lot easier to give them time a solutions. but they still call me cell number

person called me today   I ignored  the call ,   call i automated when it went to my voicemail  it left  10 minutes of horrible  hold music which drove  me insane .. I went all  Liam Neeson ( taken ) style on his  a** .. I put a  brick in a sock  and went looking for  the bi*** !!!. I'm going to  beat him  with the brick until he understands i want him to stop calling me as much as he want's me to stop hitting him  with the brick

I recieved a phone call from them earlier today at my job.There was a lot of noise so i could not hear him good but the person was of indian descent,mentioned something about a debt to N.C.O. Recovery and hung up?Someone else from that company contacted me not 3 days ago saying that i owe some credit card company from 2001 something like 2100 bucks!!??I asked for verification and im waiting for it but probably wont see it.The really scary part is that they have my soc. #,my address,my telephone.Not 6 weeks ago i had 500 bucks stolen from me by some really scheisty fellows of indian descent that sounded just like these people and im wondering if theyre together somehow or my info was hacked from them?

Caller ID just says "Private Name".  They left no message but have to assume it's NCO playing games,  They've been calling 5 times a week for three years even though we have a payment arrangement every month and have NEVER BEEN LATE ONCE.  Yet they still call.  No respect whatsoever and when we do talk to them (when WE make the call), whatever date we agree on, they deliberately push it up a week.  It's all a big game to them and they really should be taken to task for their harrassing and immature antics.  Five times a week for three years,  That's almost 800 calls, unanswered.  Still, no clue.  Sad, really.

Have received call twice.  Both times in the evening.  Sounds like a person of Indian (India) nationality.  Caller ID is Backbone Commuin.  They asked for someone else both times.  Can't find any information on the number or the caller.
