I have gotten multiple calls from this number. They are always calling me asking me about a person i have never met. many times have i asked them to take my number off of the calling list and both the women and men all said that they would. Today i have gotten a call from a 4-digit number concerning the same person so i snapped. i asked the guy what his name was and who did he work for. he said his name was Jack Williams. Mr. Jack Williams asked me did i have a boyfirend, how old was I, was i studying, was i at work, and he also said that i had a nice voice. After alll that i asked for another number to call to file a complaint. The number Mr.Williams gave me was 347-269-0833. Because of the questions he asked i asked Mr. Williams was that his personal number. He said no but would you like my personal number. my response was Hell no i Dont even know who you are. after i called the 347 number a James Johnson answered. this man asked me did i have i face book page i said why? he replied because i want you to be my friend. he also asked how old was i my response was 18 Mr. Johnson said oh really? im 20 thats just two years older than you, you sound nice and i just want you to be my friend. my response was wha the hell ? are yall some perves? are yall some freaks or something? May i speak with your manager? they said ah no you cannot . you will not be getting anymore calls. i said what you mean? may i please speak with your manager.. he said you are harrassing me now. i got upset and said some fowl words. the last things i said was yall messing with the right one. !!

i recived a called from this number sayiny i owed them a payday loan from usa  credit    then the person asked me my age and was i married and then he asked me if he could be my boyfriend  i hung up ang called police and reported them

i got a call for one of my friends..they said that there is 3 cases in his name and social.  What happened is my buddy applied for a payday loan..it was on a website that was a scam.  they got his social off the website and started calling him.  He never recieved the loan.  Theyre a bunch of sand n****rs and none of them speak english well

I received a call from 347-269-0833 from someone who sounded like he was from India.His name was Jimmy Fernandez. He said it was a legal case against my name and Social Security number .He said he was calling from Public Credit Services stating there were 3 serious Civil Charges against my Name and Social Security number, no name or Social Security number given on the message. I did not call him back and looked up his number 347-269-0833 and found this site. I kept the message on my phone recorded by AT&T on 8/8/11 at 11:54A..

Receiving call from this number said there is a legal case filed agains't me and my S.S.N. This is a bunch of B***s***. BIG A** SCAM

I received 2 calls from these people within 2 minutes yesterday. I did not answer as the caller ID came up only as 258. They left a voicemail. I could barely understand at all what the guy was saying. I got that he was calling from PCS (Public Credit Services) and wanted me or my lawyer to call back about a legal manner. The # he left was 347-269-0833. It was very loud in the background, and with his accent , I couldnt figure out what the hell he was talking about. Was very suspicious to me, so I didnt call back. I know I do not owe any money to anyone, and if there was anything else going on, I'm sure I wold be contacted in another way, or at least by someone who could clearly state what the issue was.  Also, he did not say my last name, only my first. I dont know who these losers are, but they better not call me again!

I got a call from a man named David Cooper leaving this number 347-269-0833. The first message he left was that I owed money for a loan, the next message he left was that someone in my family used me as a reference to borrow money and the next message he left was I owed money. I know it is a scam but I wish they would stop calling my work number. Doe anyone out there know who to call to get them to stop? I would love some suggestions.

my sister is getting these calls on my behalf said i put her as a reference, stating i owe them, when she asked for info all the non english speaking man could say was "do you know he has commited fraud" as she told them she couldnt speak to me they said they would just keep calling back. she hung up and they called back and left a message on her voicemail, which i heard, i could not understand half the message, alot of background noise ect...saying i must contact them that we had commited fraud on a bill we owe.  but they would not leave info on who they were collecting for ect. they just keep calling. when i try to call the number back i get an automated system and it takes forever to get to someone who u cant understand. its crazy that they can say they are from a law firm but cant give out info? this is crazy, they refuse to stop calling my sister also. what can we do about this?

Received a call at work today with an extension of 407 from a Ronald Jackson, then he called my cell phone and left me a message declaring that I better return the call or they would have me handcuffed and escorted from my job. Stated they were from a law firm and there was a lawsuit filed against me. Researched the supposedly law firm and number that was left on my voice mail and discovered this information.  I called him back and told him that he had better not every call me or my job again or else, then his return response was, "are you threatening me"!  Wow

I have recieved numerous calls from two different snot wads in the past week at my business concerning an employee. The first call went to voice mail and left a message saying the employee needed to call them back immediately concerning a collection of debt. Caller went on describing debt, etc. Then she says and if employee didnt call back "all I can say is goo luck".  Caller ID is 0000.
Next is the guy with same story. said his name is Steven Johnson....yeah right...both leave fake names (American) and likely are calling from a cave in Liberia while being bombed. Sounds like it anyway. I kinda enjoy talking with them and laughing because I am constantly asking them to repeat what they just said...Huh? have them on voice mail that sounds like threats to me + telling me about my employees debt problem. Any Attorneys General, etc interested?

these people are harassing me on my job  they are also harrasing my bossses how can get these people to stop

Called our house a couple of times about a lawsuit complaint.  Sounds like a call center with lots of calling going on - and deep Indian accents.

I just received 2 calls within a matter of 15 minutes at my employment.  The person calling had an accent and was not easy to understand and left the number 347-269-0833 as the call back number.  He stated there were three legal matters coming up on my SS# that needed my attention and if I didn't respond could ruin my life as I know it including my credit and employment.  I immediately googled the Company name and found a link for the same number.  I have all my paers and proof of payment, so I am quite sure this is scam and will not respond. If harassment continues I will pursue a lawsuit, myself.

I received a call from 5084751922 (caller ID).  The caller was Sean Johnson asking to speak to my friend Lisa (who lives in Arkansasa),  Told him that there is no way I can have her talk to him since I live in San Francisco (LOL)  Told him that the only way to contact her is via phone and I will leave a mesage for her to call him (left his number ias 347-267-0833) I got suspicious when he said it was regarding a legal matter.  I am going to tell my friend that this is a scam.. and not to call back.

Got a call from 89150774124 (this is what showed up on my caller ID)  I ignored the call and had it go to my voice mail.  Some guy saying that he was David cooper and that my lawyer or I had better contact him back immediately.  If I ignored the phone call, he wished me the best of luck in the events as they unfolded.  I was super agitated and even had my husband listen to the voicemail.  I googled the number he left for me to call back and it came up with this - He didn't leave his company name, or what it was concerning.  And after seeing all these posts above I'm loathed to call them back just to see what they on earth is going on.  

This is stupid and frustrating!  I hate dumb things like this.

Got a call moments ago from a man with an accent so thick I could cut it! I could barely understand what the heck he was saying because there was so much static and background noise like he was in a boiler room; caller ID said "261".  Left an incoherent message about calling from some law investigation department of Public Credit Services, about my social security number and having me or my counsel lawyer contact him. If I owed "PCS" money (which I don't) I sure haven't received it in writing, and if' it's that important, you'll find me by a means other than my cell phone.

Got a call today at work from a Hugo Jackson.   He was unreceptive and did not seem to understand when I told him that it is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act to call me at work if I ask him not to.  Heavy Eastern accent and difficult to understand.  Turns out when I called back after work they couldn't find my information-but, they also had the name of one of my coworkers.  Eventually, they did find my information......same legal threats and they claim that I owe Cash Advance or something.  I asked them to send everything in writing.  Offerred my current address, and he said he didn't need that-"I have that information."  Bet I NEVER see a word from them in writing.  When I called back I asked to speak to the supervisor.  Same guy said "that's me", but then gave me a different name.  This says SCAM, SCAM, SCAM all over it.......won't be sending them a dime!!!  Will be reporting them to all appropriate authorities if they attempt to call me ever again.    Obviously a very new call center in another country, as all the complaints about this company have occurred within the past 3 weeks.

I just received a call from this number - did a reverse search and found that is a cell phone.

First, the guy could barely speak English. Said his name is Steven Parker with PCS Law Firm.  I told him the person he was calling for was not allowed to receive personal calls at work!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM ....   He was Ronnie Miller the last time!

Same for me as above, these people have called my cell phone and now my work number saying there is fraudulant activity connected to my SSN and I owe them money and if I dont call back, I'll be in big trouble. Professional bill collectors do not use the term "You'll be in big trouble if you dont call me back", thats kid talk.   This is so frustrating, First of all if I owe you money, you better contact me in writing, and second have someone call me that can speak some decent English so i know what the hell your talking about and DO NOT call my work number.  This is so  annoying.  If this was legit, they would be able to give me some information to confirm it as so, but no one can ever do that.  Wish they would bug off and leave me alone!!!!!!

Guy named James Eholas kept calling, call shows up as a 3 digit phone # on caller id, says he is a debt collector and got my name from my daughter as a reference for a debt and needed her phone # to reach her. Now mind you we pieced together that is what this man was trying to tell us because he couldnt speak a lick of English!! it took about his 6th phone call to piece together what he was saying. every call we asked if anyone spoke English, he insisted he spoke "egwish" and he was a supervisor when we demanded to speak to someone.he gave us the phone # of company.When I called back, some guy answered and said he was Eric Jones from PCS law firm and when I told him about the problem I had about his rep, he said sorry and hung up,, called back again, when he heard it was me on the other line, he automatically hung up again.

I love these calls, they make my day. First I act like I'm falling for it, oh really, no, what can I do, I am so sorry. Then I tell them I'm having trouble understanding and request someone who speaks English. Anyone, secretary, janitor, anyone. This makes them angry. Then I laugh and tell them to go to he'll.

i heard this is from cashnet usa or some sort of loan, payday????? i got the call too and at work and the lady who gave me the message said it sounded suspicious and she looked up the info and saw so much info on this fraud, i have have had loans in the past but not them ....who are they....i believe some of my info has been sold or mishandled...i don't have the same acct i used to have but the fact that they have my ssn is scary.....i need an address for these scumbuckets so i can sue them!

Got a call from a "Sean Johnson" (508-475-1920) who sounded like he was in a busy marketplace and he had a very heavy Eastern accent.  He left a voicemail message and advised that I and my sister were in legal trouble due to a loan of some sort and needed to call him back at (347-269-0833).  When I called the 508 number back,  the recorded message advised that it was a telemarketing number.  I dialed one to be removed from the call list.  I am contacting my congressman to see why this is happening and what can be done to stop it.

I just got the same call, from the same number. Wow they are stupid to lay such threats and call theirselves a law firm. Idiots.

I got a call which only showed up as 6 on the caller id. I could barely hear/understand the man that I spoke with. He claimed his name was Ralph something from Public Credit Services. He was asking for my mother, claiming that she put my number in on their website (wrong! my mom would never do something like that!). He then insisted that I get the message to her immediately. When I asked him for the message he repeated his name and number. I asked him what this was in reference to (as in I wanted an actual message to give to my mom) he got an attitude and told me to "hustle" and give her the "message" because she is in legal trouble with the state (nevermind the fact that he is calling from a different state than we live in). This is obviously a scam...and a bad one at that. Don't fall for it.

People from this company has been hasrrassing me on my job, at home, on my cell phone.  Is is so annoying

I got 6 calls within a matter of minutes at my employer (on the secretary's voicemail). I have no idea what this is all about. So I call this number and got sent to several people until someone finally would talk to me. The first thing I did was ask not to be called at my employer ( he stated that he could do that) and said I had an outstanding loan with CashAdvanace USA.  I asked that he send in writing the information on this loan and he mumbled something and got angry at me just like in other posts. He hung up on me!!!!  If they continue to call my employer I will sue per my legal representation.

Started getting these calls last week from Someone named Ralph Kagel from PCS( Public Credit Services). I have not called them back because i know this is a scam. He has a real bad accent. He wants me or ny attorney to call him back. I guess i will have my attorney call him. they have been calling work and home
