message saying they were fbi and that i was being investigated.  Investigate away.  I called police and they said its a scam....

got a call from a thick accented man claiming to be david ashley and i had a investigation against me. this is bs. and a scam

Received a call from a gentlemen with a very thick accent, stating that he was an investigator. Stated that I needed to get a lawyer, and if I gave a negative response, that they would contact my place of employment and leasing office. And that I need to cooperate with him. I noticed that this is a scam, and the person is very aggressive and mean. Was only able to repeat the last 4 digits of my social. Scam!!!!!

I just got a call from this number. Two messages. Very thick accent. He left the last 4 digits of my social security and said I was going to be arrested for defaulting on a loan. The second message was nasty and mean and he ended it with good luck to you. I am calling the police now.

I received a call from this number saying that there is an investigation against me for a loan that I allegedly took out.  He "transferred" me to a police officer who had the same accent just a deeper voice and i told him to take me to court because I could tell this was a scam.  he then yelled my ssn and told me to be prepared to be arrested on Monday morning.  

This Officer Jones claims that I will be arrested if I do not send him a green dot money transaction for a payday loan, but accordind to some laws, he cannot do that.

been getting calls from same no- its a scammmmmmmm!! dont worry just curse them out.

Received phn call from this # today. Said that he was a detective investigating a fraud case. Said that cash advance usa said I took a loan out with them for $300 on Nov.17 of 2012 said that they had tried contacting me n got a negative response and needed to know if I wanted to take care of it or take it further. I told him to take it further bc I hadn't taken out a loan out and there's nothing showing in my acct for a deposit of said amount. Said that I would be getting paperwork at my address or they would have the local police to come to my job and arrest me and cause a big scene. Went to bank n got print outs for 3months of deposits for proof. I will be waiting on the po po when they come. SCAMMERS are a trip. They had all my information including last 4 of bank acct# and name, address, bank name, and email address. Be aware of this scam and make sure to check your acct. Weekly

Got call saying I would be arrested if I didn't set up payment arrangements with him.  When I refused and starting laughing at him he became nasty and started saying filthy suggestions.  I told him what I would like to do to him and hung up on the a-------.  I then drove to the police station and filed a report.  They wouldn't let me call him back in front of them, darn it.  This is the 3rd call like this - I told him he needs a new scam.

I received a call from a man claiming to be officer Michael Jones from the fraud dept. stating that I received a loan and never paid it back so the company was pressing charges on me. When I asked who the company was, he told me they were called Southern USA and owned thousand of cash advance companies. When I informed him that I had never received a cash advance, he began to argue with me and stated the police were coming to lock me up but, he could make this all go away if I made a payment with him that day and he would make sure the funds went where they were supposed to go. I told him that I felt like this was a scam and he told me to call the company at this number 509-554-5761 to figure out this situation. When I called the man refused to talk to me and insisted that I speak with officer Jones and make a payment.

Called my office looking for someone that is not employed here. When I let them know that he asked me if I wanted to "suck his D$@k. I hung up.

called saying i owed their copy money claiming to be from the fbi and that they were gonna arrest me some one with a thick foreign acent

left message saying they was from bureau of fraud investigations

Called me and said I had a legal case against me and for me to hold the line, When they transferred me to someone else, they asked what my name was and why was I calling them.

Message (in a thick foreign accent) said it was a police officer investigating a crime?!?!

They called me saying I took out a loan and never paid back and they knew my ss number and address and said police would be at my home on Monday
