These people keep calling me and my work, they have a heavy Indian accent and tell me they are from Law Office of Prestige Consolidate, his name was Justin Hammer. phone # is 347 647 1136. that I have lawsuits against me. This is insane and  has to be stopped.

I recently gave birth to my daughter. While in labor, right after I got my epidural, my cell phone started ringing. and ringing. AND RINGING!!! I answered, and a man with an indian accent asked for me. I could tell right away it was some kind of telemarketer or scam, so I told him to remove me from the calling list and do not call again. He proceeded to call me 9 MORE TIMES in under 5 minutes. I finally got so mad I answered and went crazy on him. (after all, I was in labor) he then yelled back at me saying I HAD to give him information about me or he would keep calling. UMMM NO?!?!? I told him to f@$! off and keep calling, I wouldn't answer. He called 13 more times that day. finally figured out I wasn't going to cave cuz he hasn't called since.

i just got a call from a indian speaking man insisting that if i did not send him money for a tax lien then i was going to be arrested- very scary s***! these people need to be stopped!

claimed I was being sued and needed an attorney for a loan that i never recieved.. said id need to get an attorney and an arrest warrant was being issued.  i said he needed to send proof and that he was a fraud .. got mad yelled at me and hung up.. indian accent

Someone from this number called my sister and said they were looking fro me in reference to a debt and told my sister that if she didn't call them back that she would be prosecuted. I knew this was a scam but I tried calling the number that called her which is this number 347-347-1122 and it said it was a non working number.  Why can't something be done about these people.

called my house phone called me by my name, had address, where i worked, last 4 # of my ss#.  Told me that i had a bill out there and i needed to pay it or they where going to take action againt me.  So i told them to do that because i dont have a bill with them.  i told them that this doesnt sound like a professional place of business. So i hung up the phone and the called right back, hung up again and they called several more times.  Then they started calleing my cell. the guy said his name was john.  be careful when dealing with people on the phone or internet because it could be a scame

Threating me saying I owe money.

I received many many calls from 1-347-347-1122 asking for an employee of mine. She went on the phone and then they asked to speak to the "manager" of the company.  They asked her and myself to verify her social security number.  I told him we don't do that.  He told me they were coming to my house within two hours to collect money and be prepared. "Where from? India?".  Tell you what, let me give you a b*** j** to pay the bills because American women do that to pay bills. Is that alright?  His response, "I can't hear this. This is not right. No, no, no"  I told him he was not right and after much much dialogue hung up on him.  These are scams through and through and yes I know the above is not appropriate or right. But in their culture women are respected and to hear such talk is a disgrace.  After about 15 more calls and not answering it stopped.  Don't answer these fools calls.

He called me 100 times at work today.  Refused to give me his company's name and told me I needed to talk to supervisor to 'verify' my social security #....I told him send me womething in the ail...I do not give social security information over the phone.

I have had this same guy call my job at least three days. He called one day like 19 times. First he said I owed money then another time he said I was committing fraud.  He says his name is either Steve or Kevin.  I asked him what he wanted and what I needed to do. I think I threw him off his game because he didn't call anymore that day. Hopefully that will be the last I hear from him. He almost cost me my job.

I got a call from this number telling me that I am being sued.  I to them that I know that this is a scam and he told me to get a lawyer.  Boy the steps these people take to take money away from people that work hard for their money.

I just received a calll today from 347-347-1122 and they told me they had a law suit against me for a pay day loan which I do not have and I told them that I have called the FBI and they hung up. This is the same group that called me last year and stated the same thing and I blocked their phone number so they are calling on this one. How do we protect our selves from these people?? Last week I had a debit to my account from a company called  Inte and they took $296.92 from my checking account and that that was fraud. Our money is not safe in banks if these people can get our bank information. I have not applied for any pay day loans so where are they getting this information from. I want answers!!!!

Next time he calls, if he curses at you, you may want to try calling him a cow-eating son of a widow.  In some parts of the world, that could be the most vile epithet you can hurl at someone.  Use it only in self- defense, when fully justified.

Had 8 call from the numbers and they was making alot of threats

Lets see, 4 calls in less than 2 minutes. Come on, any debt collector does not do that. They call what maybe twice a day. Everyone knows this is a scam. They get your info from online if you had ever applied for a payday advance. I know I will never apply for one again. And I've been dealing with this for 6 years. Around March of every year they blow up my work phone, then it stops. Just ignore it.

I received this call from heavy accent middle eastern and left a message on my cell stating I owe money and I need to pay upront.he knows my work number. I knew it was a scam and they been calling from different numbers from New York. I block their numbers. I had my number on do not call registry and for some reason they have my cell, work number and email .im getting tired of all scum bags. WARNING!!!' Do not give bank info to these people. It's been a year and every 3 months they call me and bug me. They're idiots

Called about 20 times in 30 minutes.  Just put him on hold after the first couple times of trying to get rid of him.  He told half my staff to f-off, called me a peon, very rude.  Wanted home phone of one of my employees,  Said he worked for SDIC from Brooklyn.

I was just called twice in a row from this number on my cell phone and at work and the Indian man told me that there were judgements against my SSN and gave the last 4 of my social.  These judgements were going to be taken to the courthouse and I would be arrested and taken to jail.  I had not answered the phone since I was in a meeting so this was on my work voicemail on top of it all.  Once he had left his message and repeated the number twice he simply said goodbye and hung up.  He had an extremely thick Indian accent and I googled the number just to make sure it wasn't a scam.

They have called my number over a dozen times. "Kevin Black" said my mom owes a payday loan of $300 with fees as high as $735. He said he'd take a payment from me on her behalf or my name and number would be sent to our local county court system. I didn't give them my information. But, I thought it was important to let people know this number is still actively trying to scam people.

Got a call from them a few minutes ago claiming to be from the 'Federal Government Department' I was skeptical so I asked what his name was and he replied "Your father moth******er" and hung up.

Got this voicemail, threatening my job that I would lose it, threatening family members, it was a guy speaking could barely understand what he was saying and then gave me a girl's name, REALLY????

An Indian man called looking for someone who doesn't work here.  He was trying to get me to argue and I told him the person does not work here..Finally, he said mother _ _ _ _ _ _!  Then called back 6 times.

Just got a call from the 347-347-1122 number which seems to be using a New York City area code. They were looking for someone saying I am in legal trouble.  They could not understand what I was saying when I told them this is NOT that persons number/phone. They kept replying, why I am I using his number, I should stop.  

They said they work for New York Police Department.  They also got hostile and started yelling.  Thanks for all the info from you all, I was going to report to NYPD terrorism hotline.

Stop Calling Me.

I just received a voice mail from this number, said that my social security number its under investigation and if I don't respond back to them they will send a investigation team to my place of work and tell them what a bad employee I am and I will loose my job and be behind bars. This is a scam.. This person had a middle eastern accent with a very American name. I'm going to contact my state attorney office.
