Another call from some an outsourced scammer group. These people are idiots and have me wondering how the hell they afford all of these numbers. I also believe that these numbers should be shut down and all the IP addresses they have logged and banned from use -.-

I have received several calls regarding payday loan collections and legal procedures from it.

I have received several calls from this number with persons calling with an accent saying they are calling about criminal action representing the justice department. I had one who gave me a name of Sean Connor with a return number of 516-833-3040. Call originated from the New York area. This person wanted to verify social security numbers, addresses, etc. No information was given to him.

Just received a call from them about 2 minutes ago. The person on the other end started dialing a number and finally hung up. As for the people talking about scams it may very well be the same people that call me from "anonymous numbers" with the same claims usually an Indian accent and its most likely the same group of scammers that get their info from loan processors or otherwise that have had call centers in India.

I recieved a call and it was some lady named Shawn or Shawna Conner from New York, saying that I took a $300 loan from USA or something like that.  Then she gave me 2 bogus references or names of people on the application which I had no idea who they were. I said I didn't know anyone by that name, threaten me with legal stuff. I informed her I was contacting the police and letting them handle it. She said police won't be able to help me. I said I would investigate this and hung up on her. Reporting it to better business credit bereau.

Got a call from a foreign person named Sean Connor (yeah right) and he claims to be from Limited Liabilities Corporation of New York and said we are bing sued and legal papers will be sent in the mail.  I could not understand him and had him repeat himself several times.  He rattled off the last 4 digits of the SS number and I said that was incorrect and he laughed.  Then he mentioned a supervisor at work that I never heard of. He did not mention dollar amounts, just kept saying the papers will be in the mail.  I can't wait.  Will no longer answer the phone to any number I don't recognize.  How do these people get this information?  That is the scary part.  It is a big scam.

some lady call me and told me that she was from the department of justice. I told not to bother me anymore and she said that by the 18th she was going to see me in court. I hung up

I am sick of these people calling me at work , my cell  with the threat of legal action. They are liars and just tryiing to get everyones money. Do not give them any information .......... They always get mad when you  ask for information or tell them to send you a legal letter in the mail . they even went as far as sending my a fake legal notice in my email .. I am not stupid ,,  don be fooled  they change the names they use and always have the same foreign acent acting like the are form  the government They will also tell you may God be with you because your gonna need it .

These people just called me at work and asking for me i told them that i didn't work there anymore of course i used a different persons name to tell them this. Who are these people? i am tired of BS people calling me espeically people who have accents and can't speak hardly any english!!!! This needs to stop!!!!

I would love to know how these people get my name and number not only my cellphone but my work and home, They are a FRAUD so please do not believe them when they say that you owe them money.  They will treaten you with legal action so what I have learn to do is tell them to do whatever they need to do so then they stop call but just remember they will call from different area code but stupid them the voices all sound the same and so do the accent.
