This Indian accent  guy keeps calling my cell and work stating he is going to have me arrested and it will be the worst experience of my life.  Today he left a voice mail for my supervisor telling her that this would be the worst experience of her life if I do not pay him.  I have been threatened and harassed by this man calling himself shawn phillips. He tells me he will come to my home and drag me off to jail or worse. He gets very beligerant and nasty. HELP!

This number keeps calling my cell, home & work phones trheatening legal action - I have no idea what it is for.

FYI all when you apply for online payday loans, a lot of those initial screens to match you to a lender are not real sights. Look for the secure sight button on the bottom before you enter all your info. This is how they get all your information.

I received the call from the individual stating his name was Officer Shawn Phillips with a middle eastern accent from Financial Grant Investigation. I knew something was fishy because I did not have any loans. He kept stating that I would lose my job and would be arrested (sounded scripted). Everytme I would try to ask questions he would get aggitated and upset so I let him finish. And started asking about his credentials. I asked him about his officer ID and what agency he worked for. He originally told me his ID was 20600 and when I intentionally repeated 10562 he agreeg that was it. I informed him that he recently stated it was 20600 he got upset and began raising his voice. Then I began to ask him about the amount that was loaned and the deposit date so I could trace it back to my account. He stated he did not have that information. THen I asked about the company he was representing and that is when the cursing began. It began to be fun on my end after that also. Words were exchanged. He called back and stated "why you calling me son of bit**". I laughed and told him he was a joke and he hung up.
So if you let him give you his speach and tell him you agree to pay then challenge his information I am sure you can stump him up and twist him into a lie.

Received the same call at work, he finally left a message, said his name was Shawn Phillips with Financial Grant Investigation. He did all the threatening of job and house and stuff.left the number 347-637-6457 for me to call him back. It was really hard to understand him because of the accent

Same story.  some idiot says i'm going to get arrested.  Hilarious.

This is a scam.......  they can only harass you........

called cell phone numerous times.calls blocked...called my work phone and was verbally abusive and using foul language. I was threatened with loss of job and police action.

jerks!  do not pay them any attention.  I called the FBI and reported them. FBI aware of them and their activities

Somebody do something!!! Worst call ever, all these threats about losing my job, if i don't make an immediate payment! Asked for written proof to be sent to me and he got really short.

I also had a call from Shawn Phillips. He called me everything but a child of God. So I called the company they claimed to be representing. I had the same 640-480-9999. He said he works for cashnet USA. He said he was calling the police and everything. So I googled the number and I thats where I found this 800 notes info. I called back and told him that I wanted to make a payment. I asked him did he want a credit card or debit card he kept hanging up on me. So I waited a couple of hours and I told him my name and I told him that I wanted to make a payment with my checking account. I told him the name on the account was Scam Artist and I was going to the police for theft of my infomation.

I had a message left on my answering service stating that he was Officer Shawn Phillips.  The company name he used was Financial Grant Investigation.  He stated that if I did not return his call today that I would loose my job and an officer would be sent to my house.  He said I would be arrested along with any family members.  The number that showed on my call ID was 646-480-9999.  Officer Philllps left the number 347-637-6457 for me to call him back.  When I tried to call the 347# it didn't even ring there was just a long pause.

I rec'd the same call last week. He ID'd himself Office Jack Justice and he had a very thick Indian accent.

Fake call from Indian accent treating legal action for a debt that will result in losing you house and job if not returned. Claims to be a officer and this will be the worst call ever if you don't call to discuss this issue.they will provide you with the last for you your social as well as call your job.
