Do not answer the phone for this number. They state that they are collecting for a payday loan. They use american names and have non-american accents. THIS IS A SCAM!!

I am being harrassed by this person for going onto 3wks now. in today's message he claimed to fe FBI.

I received a call from this number a woman by the name of Pam claim to have legal papers and if I didn't call her back she was going to go my employer freeze my social security number and drop my credit score 65 points. She claimed to be ACF beware of these people end the call with have a bless day

I got a message today on my voice mail from a woman named Pam Jackson about legal actions against me. I beleive the company was ACF or ACS wanting me to return the call and warning if I don't the next call will be to me employer and my contacts to let them know what is going on and that my social security number and drivers license was under invesigated and that if i didn't call my social security number would be frozen and my credit score would drop 65 points. The call ended with have a bless day. I did not return the call this happened once and I got scare and lost 950.00.

I too have been receiving these calls for about two years from people who can barely speak English and we are supposed to fall for this scam. I am ready to turn this over to the FBI.   This is getting very annoying. Shane Watson from 347-871-5119 calling from ACS Collection agency wants to talk to me about a judgement against my SS#. Yeah right!!!!  I have cleared up all of my collections and judgements against my name. Keep calling me, I no longer can get annoyed, or scream in the phone. I now have your name and phone #. FBI here I come!!!!!!

Also to add to my first posting I had had different phones from the caller ID on my cell phone showing up as 911, so of course i picked it up.  and then just last week it was a 000000 number on my caller ID. I fell for it dont let yourself become a victim too.

i cant believe how many others have gone through or are going through this too.

Oh and one more thing dont trust the PAYDAY sites either as thats where they are getting most of our information by the sounds of things.

i have been receiving calls from this group of people for about two year now. just recently became the 3rd time. this time i am going to do something about it. i must admit, when first contact i had just started a new job couldnt afford to lose it so i fell for the fact that i owed them money, i was freaked out and stupid, and yes they did call me on my work phone and cell phone numbers. the second time came around and again i freaked out, and paid them, TARGET right here!! Now i look back and think how stupid am i? I'm an easy target now, But now that i am thinking about it and doing research, how stupid are they My name is Brian Smith but i have a very much Indian accent.  And looking back to see where my money went, was towards, electronics and computer stuff American Eagle was another one, funny i dont shop at American Eagle. I dont want to keep dealing with this s***!!! But how can we as victims or targets take them down?
i'm so frustrated at myself for falling for them twice, but not a third time. They have received well over 1200 dollars from me and no more.
