I received a call from a person named Alan who said he was a tech person representing wordtech. He stated he had received an error report from a survey in section 19 and that my computer may had downloaded a virus.
He wanted to walk me through the steps necessary to remove this possible virus. I asked him for a number to call back if I was interested in doing those steps and this is the number he gave me. 350-898-1625. He would not give me a case # and finally, he hung up.
