This is one of hundreds of phone numbers used by the debt collection agency NCO
Financial Systems. They are real pond scum collectors and will use any means of harassment tactics to try and contact you. They will even try contacting your neighbors to harass you! These people are the worst collection agency on the planet and will use any and all illegal means to contact you even on your job! They only way to get rid of them is change your phone number and hope to hell they don't get a hold of your new one!
