Wow, I have to answer them? Who are they that I have to waste my time with them. I don't work for them. They are not the boss of me. :) If it's their job to harass people until they answer, they should get a real job.

Verafast ppl are just trying to do their job, either answer the phone when they call and say put me on the do not call list or answer survey questions. Either way they won't stop calling until u  do one or the other.  So getting mad at ppl for doing their job is crazy, they are ppl too. If you don't want them to call how do they know unless u ask them to place you on the do not call list. Its as simple as that.

Besides being on DoNotCall.gov, which they ignore, call the annoying caller before you report them to DNC.gov. Always from a different phone number, so they don't have an excuse for calling you in the future, because YOU soilcited their company by calling. This number, 360-230-1687 upon calling tells you to enter the phone number you want removed from their calling list and says it will take 2 business days to complete the removal. I find that most of the nuisance callers will remove you without giving you a problem, and most who call my number are looking for somebody else. Namely the deadbeat who had my number before me and still gives it out, because he's a DEADBEAT! I was unable to find out who this company is. The machine doesn't give the name upon answering, but offers to remove your number.

Block the number.  Use *60.  I did and was successful.  Adding your number to a Do Not Call register simply results in the sharing your information with another entity.

Did not answer, voice mail caught only partial message which sounded like a recorded voice: "later. Thank You.". Caller ID says 'Mount Vernon WA'.

I have been getting 2 calls from this company each day also each day this week.  I did call, and I have no intention of "verifying" my number for them.  This is some kind of fraud.  Submit a complaint to www.donotcall.gov and block the number if you can.

Thank u burnsville 4 that info! I just called the num and it says put ur # in and u will be removed from the calling list in up 2, 2 business days. Yay no more be stalked all day long! Lol

Yes it is sooo irritating! I get calls from this num on average 5 times a day. Starting at about 9am and ending at 9pm. But I never get a message and never answer. Thankx guys 4 posting who it could be!

I received two calls from that number today.  I missed each call.  It's going to my cell phone which is weird.  My cell is now digital as of last week.  I wonder if that has anything to do with this.  Oh well.  Going to block the number,

I have been getting calls twice a day for the past 2 weeks - I have now blocked that number - got one call after the block BUT none after that. Thank God!!

when you pick up no one is on the line.....annoying!

I have been getting calls from 360-230-1687 almost every days since early June 2010. Sometimes twice a day.  Wish it would stop leaving messages on my answering machine.  The message is "Hello. This is a service verification.  We will call you back later. Thank you."

I had to file a complaint on www.donotcall.gov

you can call you cell phone provider and have the number blocked.  so annoying.

These people keep calling and get the computer voice on our answer machine, but if we answer, then no one talks ever. QUIT CALLING!!!

Thanks for the heads up.  I recently subscribed to several magazines, and my phone and internet service is fairly new. You're right, they never leave messages but on the two occasions that I picked up, I knew that is was a telemarketer and told the caller to take me off of their call list.

Have gotten a couple of calls from this number on my cell phone.  I don't know how they got that number, but I'm not picking it up to answer.  Just let it go to voicemail.  They should give up after a while.  Then again, maybe I'll answer and speak to them in German.  ;-)

my answering machine picked up..some woman kept saying hello, and then a canned message saying they were verifying service and would call back later.

Have been regular calls from this number on my cell phone which is using up my limited number of minutes on my plan. Very annoying.

They called every day and left the message as described above.  On a Saturday morning at 9 AM they called again.  I picked up and no answer for fifteen or so seconds.  Woman with accented English asked for me by name.  I said "it's 9 AM on a Saturday morning.  What do you want?"  She said "I have 9:08."  I said, "What do you want."  She said "You're very rude," and hung up.

We seem to get a call from this number nightly, and they always seem to leave the same message: "This is service verification. We will contact later. Thank You." I never answer it when they call; although, it was interesting with the latest message because there was a female talking in broken English talking to someone else before the standard message played.
