I received an harrassing phone call from this number and have a recording of it.  I have sent it to my State's
Attorney General for them to handle.  I suggest others do the same.

I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD A TIME SHARE !! I CALLED BACK & TOLD THEM TWICE THAT I HAVE NO TIME SHARE & TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR LIST. THEY SAID YES & STILL CALL !!

Keeps calling me about time share fees.  I told them that I do not have a time share and they said they would take me off the calling.  Well, ten days or later they call again.  This time a Kindra answered the phone and again I asked them take me off their calling list.

Some idiotic robo call that left a message on my machine trying to sell me a timeshare or some garbage. can't remember fully because the moron doing the calling automatically started playing his/her prerecorded message before my machine's greeting could even finish.

Receiving calls from this number and other numbers from Washington state.  I do not answer.  I am on DO NOT CALL registry but get these calls anyway  So annoying!  Apparently I am not the only one getting calls from this number.

I opted out on 9/18 and now just received another solicitation (9/27) concerning my timeshare (which I do not own). I hate them calling here, but will do as suggested and ignore, ignore, ignore.  A***oles.

I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTER.  REGARDLESS, EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST YEAR I GET A PHONE CALL AND WHEN I ANSWER SAME, IT ACTIVATES THE RECORDED MESSAGE FROM SOMEONE STATING HIS NAME IS BRIAN.  THIS IS FOLLOWED BY A BUNCH OF SCAM TALK ABOUT MY TIME SHARE LOAN  (WHICH I HAVE NEVER HAD OR HEARD OF) AND HOW HE CAN LOWER MY INTEREST RATE TO ONE PERCENT.  AGAIN, I HAVE NO TIME SHARE LOAN OF ANY OTHER TYPE OF ACTIVE LOAN.  IT'S NICE BEING DEBT FREE AND WISH THE ILLEGAL SCAMMERS WOULD TRY MAKING AN HONEST LIVING RATHER THAN ILLEGAL SCAMS TO TRY TO MAKE ILLEGAL MONEY. REGARDLESS; THE CALLER (ALLEGED NAME BRIAN) IS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND IF IDENTIFIED POSSIBLY SUBJECT TO ARREST FOR AN ILLEGAL SCAM OPERATION.

These people call at least 1 to 2 times a week finally I answer the call pressed number one to speak to representative. I told her I do not own a timeshare never have and to take my number off, she told me that "Brian" Was rather hardheaded and she would see what she can do. What the heck is that....

Adding to my original message....just did some research and it seems that the hint about just ignoring these calls is the best option. Any response of any kind just gives any of these scammers/fraudsters incentive to keep calling. So.....as difficult as it is and as annoyed as I am, I am not giving them any response at all from now on....their so-called "opt-out" message is really recording our phone numbers so they can call again.

These people call me every 10 days. I am on the do not call list and I have talked to one or two actual people. They just called me again and I was told that every time I respond in any way to them it mrans I am added back into their system...perhaps if we don't respond in any way they stop... I was also told that they don't care what I think.  If this was any kind of a legitimate business and not a complete scam they would identify themselves. I have reported them to the FCC.

Some one just called and wanted to talk to me about time share. I don't have any time share so please take this number off the list. To the person calling: Please get a real job. Your's SUCKS.

these timeshare people call me every day.  I have nicely to get them to remove my name from their call list.   Each day when they call I press 1 to talk to someone and then if they answer I start yelling at them with profanity until they hang up.  Makes me feel a little better anyway.

Calls about once a week about selling a timeshare I do not own.  Or calls and leaves two clicks and hangs up on my machine.  Called it back today because I read here there is an opt out, and there is an opt out option.  Though I do not know why I need to opt out of something I never signed up for.

I've gotten calls from this number at least 4 times. Calling back - opt out? Don't believe it, I've opted out 3 times maybe this last call I received at 4:30 pm today will do the trick. Do Not Call list is the biggest joke of all. I laugh every time I hear someone say they are on it and keep getting these telemarketer calls.

If your voicemail picks up the call, the spammer scammer already knows your number is a live one and will sell it to other spammers.  The result is the same as if you picked up the phone yourself.

Same old time share scam that comes from a bunch of different numbers.

Calling about time share elimination on maintenance fees. I haven't owned a time share for 10 years. Told them they purchased an old list and our wasting their time. Asked to remove our number. Let's see what happens.

Received a call from Timeshare company.  When I asked 'Sam' what the name of his company was he said they were located in Compton and they were exempt from the DNC since they are non profit. I called this BS which Sam didn't much like.  He tells me they are "The Right Choice."  Going to DNC now to file a complaint.  Wish I could reach through the phone for these do nothing morons.

They LITERALLY called me 15 times in a row.  I answered the first time, NO ONE there.  They called RIGHT BACK. I answered the second time, SAME THING, NO ONE THERE. I hung up, they called RIGHT BACK. I DIDNT answer it this time.  They waited till answering machine picked up, hung up and called RIGHT BACK 13 MORE TIMES.

Msg. Says it is about removing our timeshare maintenance fee, we don't have a timeshare.

Just answered a call, & when I waited to tell them I wanted to opt-out b/c I am already on the do not call list, he told me they are a non-profit so they don't fall under the DNC list requirements. BUT, the recording asked if I wanted to get rid of my timeshare maintenance fees, & then when the guy finally DID answer (after 8+ minutes of holding!), he asked "Don't you want a timeshare???", when I asked to be removed from their list. I informed him that I already have a timeshare & that I was on the DNC list. Then he repeated that they don't have to abide by the DNC list b/c of their non-profit status. Yada yada yada... what timeshare seller (or maintenance fee person) is a non-profit??? I don't think so!

Go down to WalMart and buy a air horn. When the answer blow the horn in the receiver. They get the message and take your number out of their auto dailer. Worked for me, they dont call anymore. They call back complaining tell them tough s***.

Just received a Call from 360-322-6030.. I called them back there is an Optout option... removes your # after 72 hr...

Left a message about a timeshare or something of that nature.  Caller ID read: MARYSVILLE, WA.
