I have tried everything to get this company to stop calling.  They also use 949-861-5934 from Irvine CA.  I have tried not answering, calling them back and politely asking them to stop, yelling at them, keeping them on the line to waste their time, and reporting them to the Do Not Call List and filing complaints with the New York and Maryland Attorney Generals.  No results.  They are calling illegally according to the TCPA law.  They can be fined $1500 per illegal call.  My attorneys are considering a Class Action Suit.  Anyone Interested?

I CAN NOT POST IT WITH NO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!What do i think of go Accredited??? STAY away and if you can somehow manage and go true without this $$$$$ please do so. Their interest or percentage is toooo high and you will have difficulties to pay back. The stated that all they need from you is 4 statements from your bank and 4 statements from your credit card processing,as soon as you gave them that they saying we need more and more,now please get us a prove of that and statement for this. I went true 3 inspections of my store with their representative after that they called me and said the following: we cant work with your current CC processing company and if you still have your money you need to sign up with the company that we work with.....and you are pre approved for $20.000. Well in this case you are thinking ok, to hell with it,almost 2 month went down the drain got to grab it. It gets better: New company that they signed me up with held $5.000 (five thousand) of my money that i charged my customers for almost 3 weeks. Operator told me that setting on my account were purposely set the way that all the money will be on hold WTF????????? As the result of that my bank account went negative and i had to pay $130 in overdraft fees and i was told that '' We are not responsible and not going to return you your money. Oh, I NEVER GOT ANY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it going to make any different these are the names of people i had to deal with: Bobby Wimberly, Nicole Cocchi, Dan McGroary. My next steps: BBB, Yelp, Google. again and again and again.

Well, since I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, I google them instead.  Naturally,  all these calls are scams, etc. These calls come into my cell phone, so I just put that number in my reject list on my cell phone and, voila!, no more calls from that number.  There will always be snake oil salesmen in this world.

There isn't enough man hours or time for the government to begin to investigate these phone spammers. They operate untouched unless they commit some obvious crime. I've tracked some of them back to huge call centers in New York, Arizona (Phoenix area) and a few other locations. I've asked them to stop repeatedly, I've reported them to DoNotCall repeatedly. On some of the busier caller complaint sites, Ive seen complaints going back YEARS.  Nothing seems to stop them, and the government can't, or won't, stop them. It's very frustrating.

This is a telemarketer, they offer merchant capital or loans. I always press the keys to have our number removed. They always continue to call. I've had other telemarketing calls from this area code. It's probably from the same call center.

These phone spammers, just like the email phishers, or those with questionable junk adverts or services, continue to operate because people DO respond to them. Imagine some person or business owner who is in desperate shape financially, has expended all their options, and is about to go under. Some alleged "knight in shining armor," via some type of  "spam" offering, approaches them, and they jump to grab that opportunity, since they're so desperate.

If these marketers didn't get some "joy" out of it, they wouldn't continue the practice. It's just like the email spam. Some is SO obvious, but if they didn't get innocent or desperate people to respond, they'd quit. They're evil, self-serving, greedy and abusive of those who are innocent, weak, desperate, or unknowing.

I've got all our numbers, personal, business and even mobile phones all on the DoNotCall list. I get most spam calls on our business line. I've pressed the number to have the calls removed, they don't. I've pressed the number to "speak to one of our representatives" and asked them to remove us, also telling them we are on the DoNotCall list. They apologize, and then don't remove us, or they hang up.

I have back traced some of the most persistent callers and found they come from data centers in New York, Arizona and a couple other states. These numbers end up on caller complaint sites like this, OVER AND OVER, and many of us also report them to DoNoCall. The complaint reports go back for YEARS, so surely the government is seeing repeated complaints and problems for an extended time period. I have yet to personally see one of the big boys prosecuted. It makes me wonder why not. I know the government doesn't have the man hours or time, to prosecute a few small operators with limited complaints. But when some are huge and operating for 7-8 years - there is NO excuse they don't prosecute them. For each person like us that reports them. probably hundreds more, don't know where, or how to. The end result, there are many thousands who are being pestered by them.

REFUSED TO PUT ME ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

Robo Call from Mercant Cap.  "Ashley" left a message stating that our business qualified for a $250k business loan.

I just started getting calls from this number.  Since I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer.  They did not leave a message.  I have marked them as Do No Answer.

Repeated calls from this number.  I have no idea they are & will update my number on the DNC list

Got the call - their call was blocked - my phone did not even ring.  I didn't even know that they had called.

I have the DIGITONE Call Blocker (thru Amazon).  This little device not only blocks individual numbers but it can block ENTIRE AREA CODES!

I have had ALL AREA CODES emanating from Washington state blocked for months!  

Presently, I have 39 area codes throughout the United States - blocked.  

Looking back at my call list, I see that I have received calls from at least 7 different phone numbers from the 360 area code.  ALL BLOCKED!

ALL CALLS COMING FROM WASHINGTON STATE ARE BLOCKED!!!

I get MANY calls from this number and it sounds like a fax with the beeping.  I am really annoyed by it.

checked our call history and they tried calling 3 times in one day. But they were blocked so our phone didn't ring.... ?^?(?.?)?^? so there, they wasted their time

Twice this number called 10x in 1 minute, yes 1 minute!!. It must be a computer dialer..I have them blocked but it is still annoying.

I have gotten repeated calls from them at my work #. I finally listened to their pre-recorded speech then pressed "1" as instructed to speak to someone. When the minion answered I VERY FIRMLY told him this number belonged to a state agency (which it does) and they were in no way to call it again. The minion seemed surprised and apologetic, saying he would remove it. We'll see. BTW, I have already reported them to the donotcall.org site but don't have faith that our gov't has any teeth in enforcing the law.

These jerk offs are calling several times a day and hanging up. I have asked them several times to stop. Do they ... no!!

Hate them, hate them, hate them. I have enough to do without fielding and tossing 12-15 nuisance calls EVERY DAY (not from this same number, but I get up to two an hour, at my job). It's horrible.

Leave everyone ALONE. If we WANT something, we have the internet. We'll FIND IT OURSELVES.
