They called saying I could get a free installation of a security system by putting a sign in my yard. I was told to press 1 if I was interested, 2, to be placed on THEIR  do-not-call list. (Ironic, since I already am on the do-not-call list). I pressed 1 to try and get more info about the company and got hung up on.
Definitely scam.

Getting this call at least once a week.  Do not leave a message.

called I did not answer and they left no meg. I think it is spam because of what I have seen when I looked it up. so I am reporting it.

Received a call from this number twice this morning. The first time at 9:01. It rang twice and then stopped. They called again at 12:31 and when I answered the phone I heard a click then dial tone. Obnoxious!

This number, 1-360-355-5255, called us 3 times in 2 hours with recorded message. Caller ID showed V11618540500208.

Called twice left no message, did not answer and looked it up to see if others had been spammed by this number, apparently they have, so  I am reporting it.

This number called and rang once; I answered and no one there. ?they also called yesterday when I wasn't home.

Scammer... don't answer... you don't need the heartache.

Phone rang twice then stopped ... not sure who, but assume a scammer.

There is a new website that will work for many people who have their phone service through providers that allow   Simultaneous Ringing .

Note: I have Comcast and looked at this and they require you activate their "Voice 2go" service using either an Android or iPhone app. I tried calling their support to ask why something that doesn't require a cell phone requires a cell phone to use. The guy had no idea what I was talking about and I had to explain it several times, he asked me to wait while he looked something up and 30 MINUTES later the phone went dead ... so I have no answer yet.

Not all carriers have this service yet.
But they will give you the customer service number for your carrier so you can call them and ask they add this Simultaneous Ringing service.

It just went live early October 2013 and is a free service.

This will not stop calls that are considered legal though (charities, REAL surveys, political), etc.). Some of these can be very annoying also, but if they don't cross the "legal" boundary they will not be blocked by the NoMoRobo database. But if you can block the majority of other calls it might help. And any time the scumbag scammers change and use a new number it may take awhile for enough complaints to be looked at and to have that number added.

This # called twice this morning, 10:30 am. Then at 10:45 am. No message was left. When I called the # back, recording came on and 'This Is Not A Working Number'   Hmmm

this number called today, didnt answer.
99% of the calls to this line are from scammers
