Got an unsolicited phone call on my cell from 360 460 1212 while in a business meeting. I hit the "ignore" button but tried to return the call later, as a courtesy. There was only a business signal. Who is using this phone number?

Called , left no message. One site shows it's located in DT Port Angeles, Wa. where the new Federal Building is, another site placed it in Agnew, right before Port Angeles,Wa about 3 miles, then another site said it was from Vancouver Wa. I do know that the prefix is for the PortAngeles area tho, because I used to live there. So I have come to the conclusion that it is either telemarketers or the cops playing games on our dime.
