I just opened up 700-000-xxxx and have saved the iformation to send and show my Verizon  cell phone provider.

Hope this will elp every one who have beem scammed like I was.

While I was out of state and in an area where I receive roaming charges for all incoming and outgoing calls , my  Verizon phone bill shows airtime  charges for a call from this number.  I do not answer calls from unidentified callers when I am roaming in an effort to avoid roam charges. So why are there charges on my phone bill?  There are also 5 additional charges for calls marked  'cl deliver'  from this number= 700-000-XXXX. Would like to know what is going on. Can anyone help?

Called me on Feb 22 at 3:06PM CST.  Also got a call today at 11:30 AM CST from a similar number-area code and prefix the same, but last 4 numbers are 7117.

I'm on east coast.  Call received 2/25/12 at 2:01pm.

Sorry, I must have been confused by all of the informative posts. Like that guy up there that doesn't want to be called by this number, or yours, which wasn't even correct in guessing my Google methods. ;P

Called my cell at 12:24PM on 2/22, did not reconize the number and did not answer, called back rang once & busy signal then call was disconected.

called at 4:23 today rang once and went dead. called back just now and on answer

Received a call from this # at 3:53 pm central.  Didn't leave message, when I call back I get a fast busy signal.  What does this mean?  What do we all have in common?  Did any of your parents perhaps take some vigilante justice out on a local child molester and burn him in his boiler room?  What if he has returned to haunt the cell phones of all the Locust street children.

Yes, I got it on a Verizon phone this afternoon.

I got this call on my cellphone at 1:30 PM CST and stupidly answered it (I know better) and heard something about health insurance.  This was the first of two telemarketers calling my cellphone today, and it's pissing my off.

This # called while I was outside. Left no msg. I called back, only got a rapid busy signal. Am blocking #.

This is from Pacific Health Benefits. If you listen to the recording of the call, and then call 866-481-2390, do you hear something familiar? That is right, it is the same person with the same message! They are spoofing the phone number and when I spoke to Crystal(real name?), she admitted that they call random people in opposition to the law! But at least Crystal has a heart, she doesnt call personally...

t was a recording that sounded like a health insurance scam.

I've been getting calls weekly from this number.  Called back once got fast busy tone.  Wish they would STOP wasting my time!

Nice try. Answernet does not have any offices based in Washington at all. It has no operating license in Washington. Answernet is certainly not "based" in Washington.

In fact; you retrieved the "Port Angeles, WA" information by doing an internet search-n-scrape to find out that the "360-460-2196" number belongs to Verizon and current records show the last time it was assigned to someone, it was for a "cell phone". (Ref. Details below.)

That doesn't mean that "Verizon" is making spam calls to you. And it absolutely does not mean that Answernet is making calls to you.

Some telemarketer for health insurance for the uninsured.  They called my cell.  b*****ds.

Found them! Answernet out of port Angeles, wa. 8777246930 give them a call for me please, lots of calls. If you are very persistant they will finally transfer you to someone with a brain who can get your number off of their list.

I would like for this number to please stop calling me. It is calling a private cell used only for a specific purpose and no one, outside of me or the cell phone company, has this number. So there is no reason I should be receiving phone calls to this number.

Received a missed call.  They did not leave a message.  I think it is a telemarketer or a telemarketing random computer generated phone call.

This should be outlawed. Iresent unwanted cellphone calls.
