He uses a foreign "shell" company to enter into revenue sharing agreements with illicit telemarketers. Robo-call from Card Member services (not real name or phone number). They want me to pay $1,000- for them to write a letter to my credit card company and lower my interest rate. You can do that yourself. I'd love to knwo who they really are so I can sue them for violating the do not call list.

Just received a call from here not 5 minutes ago - Travel Rewards on the call display. I answered without saying hello and an automatic message with a lady came on and said "Congratulations! You have just won a free cruise! To claim your prize press 9. That's the 9 key. Please press now." then repeated. I didn't press anything and eventually it hung up.
I'm in Toronto, Ontario.

I received a call from this number about 10 minutes ago; it displayed the name "Travel Rewards". Needless to say, I didn't answer.
