Yeah I just got a call from that number, I get it all the time, first time I've answered it, and all I hear is a little click, then nothing. So they hung up I guess?
On my ID it appeared as "DC"
But 360 is a Washington number.

My son took a call from this number. The lady (named Debbie) asked him to get me on the phone. Then she asked him if he was my wife (he sings bass in the school choir). She refused to leave a message or to speak with my wife when he offered to get her on the line. Then hung up.
