This foreigners keep calling my number every couple of days saying it's for auto insurance.  I keep telling them it is a scam and to put me on their Do Not Call List but guess what?...day after day after day.  I tell them it is illegal then just looked up area code and see it is coming from somewhere around Serbia.

Goggled area code 382 said there is no 382 area code in the US or Canada it said it was Montenegro some place over in Eastern Europe...........maybe it's Putin wanting permission to invade another East European country or and 99.9% certain a scam so if they call you on your cell phone do not answer or call them back because they will eat up your minutes
I remember the local news talking about this and it is a scam..
They called me on my home phone which is a land-line.

called I answered no reply my caller ID name unavailable, if they do noy have the guts to list their name that to me says SCAM

this number has called 2 days in a row and I haven't answered but wanted to know where it was coming from and what it wanted but got no answer
