I use PhoneTrayFree software on an older computer with a modem, and have added all the numbers above to the block list using the "?" wildcard.  PhoneTray has incredible flexibilty to customize blocking, and allows unlimited entries.  Unfortunately the free version is no longer offered, but there is a 15-day free trial for a pro version ($30 to buy, or $60 with a USB modem).

I've been using this program for over a year with a cable company landline, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.  It's great for taking control over unwanted calls of any type.  The only minor downside I've found is the phone will ring at least once (customizable # of rings) before the call is blocked, which allows the Caller ID info to come through.

Two calls a day on the caller ID for a week or so, when I'm at work, and the caller ID just shows "Utah".

Called on a Sunday evening. No message, but when I called back they referred me to their website, Survey Sampling- SSI.

called at about 8 pm. No one spoke. Just dead slience.

Just got call from 385-207-7052, said they were Sports Authority, told them they should nit b calling me, they hung up,

First time call, received at 7:15 pm, didn't answer.  No message.  Caller ID showed "Survey Sampling." Called back, got a recording identifying the company as:

thereby making this one of the "better" unwanted calls.

At least they provided information on who they are, and on their website, at the very top is a "Received a call from SSI?" link,( http://surveysampling.com/en/General/Received-a-Call ) with an opt-out procedure (if you trust it) that takes up to 5 business days for removal.  They seem to be a legimate company, but I prefer not to get these calls, and will probably block the number.
