My wife just answered a call from these people . When she answered they asked for me by name . My wife asked , "may I ask who's calling ? " . And then the person hung up .

They called here and asked for *. I said, "may I ask whos calling", and I got an apparently fake sneeze and hung up on..

I answered call at work around 6:30pm with "Hello this is [my name]." Female caller responded "May I speak with [my name]?" I responded, "This is she," and got back a sarcastic "Ooooooo. Could you say that again?" I hung up. She never called back.

Same here. The caller asked for another family member. When I offered to take a message, she hung up. Seems like a scam.

Identified themselves as corporate fund raisers for the Cancer Fund. I told them I was unemployed and broke......call ended quickly! Imagine that!

Fake call from this so-called Cancer Fund. They wanted all of my personal information, name, address, and so-on. Then they wanted my credit card information, in which they said they would hold it and process it within the next 39 days. Since I live in Alaska, it was only 7:11 pm. But the lady from the fake a** "Cancer Fund" said she was calling from Tennessee, which was either 11:11 pm EST, or 10:11pm CST. EIther way, where ever she was calling from it was late. When I called the number back, immediately after we hung up and it said that the Cancer Fund was closed. What a joke! Fake a** crooks. That's my opinion. Peace!
