The number (385) 468-4668 called me on my cellphone, which is on the Do Not Call Registry. When I tried to call the number back (from a land line), I got a "phone number can't be completed as dialed" message. This means that it's a PHONY number, and an obvious violation of federal law.

NEVER ANSWER THESE CALLS. Once they know a "person" is on the end of the line, you'll go into heavy scam rotation. IMMEDIATELY REPORT EACH AND EVERY CALL. Please!! It only takes a few seconds.

Just received another phone call from this "spoofed" number on my cell phone.  Both my cell phone and home phone are on the do not call list but this doesn't do any good.  I keep making complaints with the FTC/FCC but to no avail.  I contacted our attorney general's office and they are trying to get the phone calls to stop but because the numbers are "spoofed" it is hard to track them down.  Someone on this forum had suggested contacting our senator which I did and only got a letter back to contact the FTC/FCC and that he wouldn't release any of my private information. . .so much for our politicians.  What I have been doing is putting the number in my cell phone as Zzz and then attaching a no ringtone to the call and at least it doesn't annoy me until the "spoof" another number.

YES, THEY ARE. Even so called "exempt" call lists from politicos, charities, etc must be "scrubbed" regularly to remove people who request to be removed. IF THEY DON'T IT'S A VIOLATION OF **FEDERAL LAW.***

I have reported all these #s to the FCC, the FTC and the Attorney general. They told me these people do not CARE or follow the DNC list because they are scammers and they do not follow rules. The best thing to do is keep reporting the #s to the FTC ? it's under their jurisdiction. Yes it's a pain but it will help get them the data they need to track these thieves down. They are after your credit card info. Also write to your Attorney General and say that you want to see more action on this since we pay taxes. Actually blocking these #s so that they don't even get VM should be free. Tell your phone company, CC, the FTC and the Attorney general all that as well.

Just another annoying call from CardmemberServices. At least two a day. I think these companies get a copy of the do not call list and use the numbers thinking you'll answer. The rationale being, you wouldn't expect it to be a marketing call. Obviously not a reputable company. Don't answer. Don't bother asking to be removed.

This number and a great number of other numbers from across the US, continually call me regarding my credit card interest rate. I have begun to not answer any out of area code numbers. I want them stopped please.

This number keeps calling me along with numerous others about the same thing. Quite annoying. Just ignore now.

I pressed 1 to get an operator, was very polite in requesting it be taken off their list and "Ashley" hung up on me.  Nice.

Received call from this number on my cell phone.  I know no one in Utah.

I got a call from this number and a couple more telemarketing calls. It happended after I got done using you tube.  I been getting them every since using google you tube even though I am on the do not call lists. I was wandering if google is selling phone numbers to telemarketers and if so what can be done to stop them.

Use blacklist if you have an Android phone it works best for me!!

Called at 11:53am Central. 2 left second Voice mail. Added to my "SPAM CALLER" contact list after seeing it on this page.

Just received call on my cell, did not answer and they left no message, this is the 3rd time from this number in the last month.

I do the same with these numbers-but I have found companies that have many different numbers-but same scam!

everyday this no.# calls my cell .
Today I called the number from a restricted phone and quess what it said
"  Sorry this number doesn't accept calls from blocked numbers Please call back when youve unblocked your number.....  If that isn't sick .

The Better Business Beauro, FCC, and Attorney General are looking into this problem.  I am sick of this scam calling me just to hang up.  Everyone needs to folllow suit.  Call your radio station because this was happening in Seattle Wahington as well and thats how they got it to stop.

I took the call and pressed 1 to talk to a person. If you lead them on for maybe 10-20 minutes without giving any of your information. Its pretty fun and wastes their time. Maybe they wont call if i annoy them back.
