They called at the office and ask for the owner.

When I said hello no one replied!!
There was no company name with this number.

I've had several calls from this number today--though for some reason the caller ID on my phone shows 90 before the rest of the number. Answered the first time--woman said something about my mastercard, an upgrade or something, though didn't identify which bank, etc. I asked her to call me back, claiming a bad connection. That's when I realized this was probably a phishing scam.

Just received a call from the same number.  I did not answer but tried to call it back and it would not accept.

I just received a call from this number as well at 12:00 EST. I am glad everyone posted here cause I know to have the number blocked from my carrier. I am with sprint.

Do you have a Metro PCS phone? Because I also received a call from the same number today.

I wonder why hasn't this guy been cought by now. He is obviously a phone hacker. He called me with a barely understandable English and a rusian accent. Said somthing about a federal burow of identification and some program of ID protection. I asked if he could speak another language. He said no. The whole comunication souded as if he unhooked the mouthpiece whenever I was talking. Finally I said goodby because I couldn't undestand him. He was polite, though.

i got a call from this number at work but he asked for my boss first, when i told him he would have to call her back the followin week. He asked my name and thinking it was to record who he spoke to i told him....big mistake. He said that i had a sweet voice and said that i must be very pretty. I told him not to call again and he has continued to harrass me at work. What do i do? i get the same message trying to call the number back...

Received a call this number 13993504071, I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  When I attempted to return the call, I received this message, "your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again"  
This is one of many calls and they are annoying.

Someone called my cell phone from this number at 9:50am today. I did not answer and the caller did not leave a msg. I think it may have been connected to a series of calls (5+) I received last night from 202 341-5922--same thing happened, I did not answer and the caller did not leave a msg.

I have been harrassed by a person calling from this number,  399 350 4071 many times in one day, time after time.  I will make an official report about this firm to all the necessary parties to protect the public against suchch aggressive and ugly people.

Someone called me at home asking if my credit card terminals had been upgraded.  He knew my first name, but didn't use my last name or my business name.  He said he wanted to make sure that our transaction fees were reduced like they should have been by 30%.  He said, I need you to fax me your credit card statement today!  I said probably not considering I diddn't know who he was, where he was calling from, and that head office didn't let me know that someone would be calling.
I discussed it with the District Manager, and he was unaware of anything like this and said it was likely someone fishing for information.
The guy called back yesterday (Feb 8/08) and I told him I wouldn't be sending him anything - he was persistent, but again didn't know anything about me or our business...it was just really strange.

I answered a call from this number yesterday (1-9-2008)  The gentleman said that I had been approved for a loan or line of credit for $150,000.00.  I told him that I was not interested and hung up.  The same number called me back several more times after that, but I did not answer...  This number just called again this morning (1-20-2008)
