Just got a call from this number on my cell phone.  Answered and just had someone chattering in Spanish. I said no one speaks Spanish here and then the call disconnected.

401-859-2006 Called and left no message.  I googled the number and found this page.  After reading the above I don't plan on calling them back.

got a call from this number on October 5th at 7:05 pm.  they disconnected before i picked up.  did a google search and found this site

Called me at 7:45pm on october 5, 2007. I got curious and looked up the area code before calling it back. The area code is a Rhode Island number. I called back and got an automated recording with a creepy british man speaking.... It was kinda scary

Just got a call. Googled it to see if maybe it's in the white pages, but I found this site. Called back because curiousity took the best of me. A recording answered saying that this is a travel related call, and if I wanted to recieve more info I will be contacted again shortly. It said I can hang up now, and I did even though he kept on talking.

It was kinda creepy..

Do not call list is a bunch of junk.  There probably is a much better way to get back at theses b*****ds. Maybe by overwhelming them with spam just like they do to the rest of us. We can get them jammed up so tight that they can't ever make a call again. Or better yet there must be some way to find out who owns this particular number and harass the hell out of them at every telephone that they own.  Just call it a case of well deserved justice.
 Some fool is gonna say that this is illegal. Tough Fool. Things gotta change. The only way to change is to create a backfire which never stops.

got the same call and glad i googled it before i called them back.

I recieved a call from this number this morning also, did not leave a message so I called it back, the recording said this is a travel relatded information call we will call you back shortly.  If you wish to be re-moved from our list press 1 now.  So I did and it said you have made an invaild selection and hung up.

Just rec'vd a call from the same number...I answered it and nobody was on the line!

I just got a call from these guys too. Googled the area code first and then the whole number. Came across this message blog, glad other people are doing the same. Maybe someone should notify their carrier about this, I think I've received this call before...

Nucken freak called my cell phn, called back got some silence of lamb person. I beleive that this is the same nucken person from # 877 487 8036 who also in RI. Sent letter to RI police.

Got a "missed call" with this number showing up on my caller ID.  Wasn't sure where 401 was so I GOOGLED it and discovered it was a Rhode Island number...then GOOGLED the whole number and this site showed up...glad I didnt waste my time or minutes calling the number.

Received call on cell phone - message in Spanish

I got the call on my cell from 401-859-2006 at 5:20pm PST. I am in California (curious as to where the rest of you live).  I have AT&T as well. I can't believe so many of us thought to google the number.  I didn't answer or return the call because I didn't recognize the number.  Who is selling our numbers???

I had the same number on my cell's caller ID. Thank goodness for a site like this. I didn't bother to call back. I did find that the number is from a landline in Rhode Island. I have AT&T-don't know if that makes a difference as to why I'm receiving calls like this.

i called back it seems its a telemarketer of some type.
Travel related.. There is an option to take 'your number' out of their database. But I don't trust it

I got a call from 401.859.2006 to my cell last night at 9:30pm MST. I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message. I called back and got an automated message:

"Hello, this is a travel related call. If you wish to receive more information, we will contact you again shortly. You may hang up now. Otherwise if you wish to be removed from our database, press 1 now."

At which point I pressed 1, and after a long pause the automated voice says: "You have made an invalid selection. Please enter your 10-digit phone number after the beep, otherwise this call must be disconnected."

I entered my number after the beep. There was another pause and then the voice said "Goodbye."

i got this today on my cel phone too, i also got one from 210-543-4000, havent called it back but the area code is in texas or something (dont know anyone there)

what do we all have in common? do we all have at&t? or do we all have iphones? or something?
