I signed up online for a paid cancer research study. That is what the call to me is about. This is not a scam, fraudulant number, or anything like that. Just answer and talk to them. If you are not interested or did not sign up, simply explain to them and they will stop calling.

They keep calling..by the time I get home I call the number back to tell them to stop calling and all i get is a switchboard with no answering machine ..im so sick and tired of these people calling I live nowhere near the east coast to even care about this place WTF

it is a research group out of a rhode island university. and they can call until 9pm, your local time and on sundays as well. don't answer if you don't want to talk. the dnc list should make it mandatory to read the stipulations before you can register.
