866-800-5475 might be a bluff - a "fake" caller ID. However.....
866-800-5475 appears to be the same as 402-564-2459. Left no message, call minutes in between. Prankster made a mistake today. Setup call forwarding today to a Spanish msg. Short after call from 866-800-5475 was forwarded, another call from 402-564-2459: a residence. Likely the same person (assuming residence).

Just got one from this number:  Something about my vehicle warranty having expired - select one to be connected to a rep to reactivate or nine to "not be considered for this offer".  I almost chose 1 so I could yell at who ever is bothering me on my cell phone but chose nine (I know, I shouldn't have done anything) instead.

What chicanery is this? I drive a 92 jeep with 200,000 miles!!!

Caalled on my cell, I tried to call it back and got a recodring saying "number no longer in service"... very fishy if you ask me!!!

I got the vehicle warranty call as well...So, I pushed 1 so I could get a few answers...I get a guy, who repeats his name (in very poor broken english) when I ask who they are...THEN, I ask for the company name, he says, "Don't worry 'bout it" and hangs up on me...If anyone finds the name of this "COMPANY" please post it so they can be reported. It's obviously a scam of some sort.

I have received several calls over the past couple of months from this same, number.  It always says that this is my "2nd notice about my warranty going out on my vehicle".  Funny thing is I work for a car dealership and I drive a company car and I have never owned a car.

I received two calls on two separate cell numbers today with this same number.  Of course when I try to call it back it says it's no longer in service.  However I googled the number and it came back to:

I got a 2nd call from this company today and also I feel this number is connected to the Spanish woman that keeps calling and when you call back, they say the number is not in service.  I also don't own a car.

Same as the rest of you, I tried back and number was no longer in service. Are vigilantes still illegal?

got a call from a person and left a message on my cell voice mail which had instructions to press 1 or 2 for something.  the next day I got another number from 720-564-0156 this time from Bolder, CO and no voice message.  Last week I had someone call from Kentucky about my vehicle warranty for renewal.  I don't have a warranty haven't for a few years.

I got a call on my cell phone from this number 402-564-2459 at work.  Only my immediate family have my cell phone number, I answered it without looking.  I have reported this to my cell phone provider and was also advised to report it to FCC.gov and to file a complaint.  I am not pleased,and I definately am not interesed in any vehicle warranty over the phone.  This is a fraud, so beware!!

Has anyone else gotten a telemarketer call from this number?  It went to my voicemail & was one of those auto telemarketer messages.

I work as an Alltel tech rep, got a call his daughter and mother, two seperate accounts, two different areas of WV got calls from this number, didn't answer but they got concerned... I hate numbers like these.

Sam thing...I answered because I was on a business trip and wasn't sure if this was someone in the area.  I pressed one also to speak with them.  I am such an idiot, I gave them my make and model, then said, "Why are you claiming my warranty has expired?" and they hung up.  what the hell??  What is this all about?  Just got the call moments ago...

they called and I pressed one to speak to them to take me off their list. Knowing they would hang up, I tried to play around and act like I wanted a new warranty and i asked them if I could call them back from my house phone....they hung up. is there anything i can do or someone I can speak to to stop it.

I got a call from this number at 12:57pm today.  I didn't recognize so I didn't answer.  No message left, when I googled I got the same info about who it belonged to and then this board, what is this about?

I just got a call from the number too. Prerecorded selling car insurance. Tried calling back so I could get off their calling list and got the 'number not in service' message to. Obnoxious.

I got a call from the same number this morning on my cell. It's a brand new phone number! I didn't answer and he didn't leave a message.

Called my cell, called it back and got a message "this number no longer in service"... well they just called from this number so what kinda scam are they running?!?!

Calls started again this morning. The DB just called wanting to know if I could find out who owns the number.

I have talked to 3 people who received calls from this number around 7:00 pm this evening.  No voice mail message was left.  

I did a google search as well and found the Alejandro Santos listing in NE.  There is another list as well for this person with the number 402-563-0289.
