I received a call from them this morning.  Tried to return the call this afternoon.  Get a message "This number is not in service."  
What a bunch of hooie!

I am on a no call list.  These idiots apparently don't check the list.  If they continue to harass me with their stupid calls, I will press charges.

They called. I do not pick up unknown numbers. They left no message. Now they are blocked. Thanks to everyone who contribute here.

They've been calling several times a week for about a year now. I followed thru just to try and get a human rep. They are a front end for a national loan mod scam operation we've encountered before that's run out of the East Coast and Westwood, CA. Sophisticated ring, authorities have no interest. Just ignore them unless you have a way to block specific caller ID's.

I am on the do-not-call list and they manage to call my number about once a day. It shows up on caller ID as CREDIT SERVICES. I  once stayed on long enough to have them offer me a re-fi mortgage. Why were we offered the do-not-call service since it doesn't  work?

Received missed' call from this number on my cell, Saturday August 13th 10am Pacific. They did not leave a message..must really be starving calling on weekends!

I act like an old and naive customer (I am 89) then in the middle of the conversation I explode on them calling their mother's and daughters the C word. GOTCHA! Fredom of speech. Do unto others as they do unto you. I don't give them a chance to respond before I hang up. I get a lot fewer calls than most of you.

Has anyone considered telling these clowns that some "mountain justice is on their way". If you scare them bad enough and they go the police you will get to meet them. Easiest way to smoke people out is cold hard and real fear for them and their families.

Got 4 calls in the past 24 hours.  They are now pushing HAFA loans (to save your upside down home) and put $5k in your pocket today!  Punched through to the "leave a message" and asked to be put on the do not call list and promised to contact the FTC and sue them in Californian small claims court if they continue to waste my cell minutes.  Thank you.

They call all the time - night and morning... but when I call the number is says "you have reached a non-working number" and they never leave a message.  I have no idea...

They called my cell twice today. Once in the morning and again just now. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. Tried to call back and get the out of service recording. How irritating!!!

Got a call about 30 mis ago.  They call at least 2 x a day, early am & early pm, sometimes again 5 mins after the first call.  I do not pick up any unidentified calls or phone numbers I do not know.  Do not leave the ans machine on either as it only encourages them to call again even though they do not leave messages.  Have found that it takes a while, but eventually they do drop you only to have some new scamer continue this ridiculous cycle.  They should do away with the DO NOT Call list as it is worthless! Even when you report the callers, FTC does not do anything & the telemarketers know it.  Have found that by not answering these unwanted calls, they eventually just give up if they do not get an answer or an answering machine. Have cut 15-20 calls a day down to 1-2 day. Still annoying but much better than it was. Maybe we should let Congress know to do away with the FTC do not call registry to cut costs! Better than cutting my SS which I am my employer paid into for 47 yrs!

Got a call from 402-982-0576 today on my cellphone.  I returned the call from my cell and got a recording that it was not a working #.  Then I called it from a landline and got a different message that it is not a working #.  That one sounded like someone's answering machine!  I am on the national do not call list, and still get at least 5 calls per week like these!  Grrrrr!

This number has been calling me at least once a week with various messages.  Very annoying.

I don't know who this is. They call me when I'm at work and when I don't answer they leave no message. I've tried calling it back and the recording indicates that the number is disconnected or out of service.

Received call, answered it, nobody there, I called the number back to give them hell, got a message "the number you called is, "OUT OF SERVICE". WTF.

Yep me too, sometimes twice or three times a day....and I'm on the no call list.
Appears to be some mortgage relief company.

Received on my cell phone.  Dont know number so I do not answer, they left one message stating that they want to help me lower my interest rate on my mortgage? I don't even own a home, have no clue how they got my number.

I have created a folder on my pc named ?my battles? and have placed in it all types of information related to bs issues.  I have placed the following in this folder for pasting and copying here.
i have, in the past, filed complaints with the fcc for violators to the 'do not call list'.  it got to the point where i felt as though i was spooning water from the ocean.  now ...i have applied all of my valid incoming telephone call numbers with specially assigned ringtones and i don't answer any call that activates the standard ringtone.  with the special ringtones i know who is calling even before i look at the callerid!  i advise taking this logical action ... it is easy ... it only takes a few minutes and will solve (most) of the problems.  there is a caveat though ... as with all technologies it doesn't work 100% of the time because nothing is completely accurate (sometimes 'wanted' calls come through with the standard ringtone) but since i took this action many months ago i have found that it works as designed about 95-98% of the time.  we are all aggravated by those who push their products and services when we just want to be left alone and we have a right to be (aggravated).  we pay for our phones and other ignorant a$$holes take advantage of them.  it is up to us to take actions to ensure our own rights are protected.  hope this idea helps ... it works for me ...

Called twiced in three minutes-left no message. Do not want to be called again. We are on the Do Not Call Registry!

402-982-0576 is just another number that is being used to annoy us.  Even if you select the option to talk to them, it drops you.  Fortunately Verizon provides free blocking.  This call alleges home foreclosure.  Would love to get my hands on them!!

Just got a quick silent call from 402-982-0576.  They hung up after a few seconds.  Area code was not familiar at all.  I happened to stumble onto this site while looking it up.  Hopefully this is the last I'll here from them.

Called today at 10:37 a.m. Pacific. Since I have no answering machine hooked up at the moment, they can eat ring tone and other unmentionables.
