My husband called the 800 number they left on the voice mail and asked to be removed from their call list. The young man proceeded to call him a "bloody w**ker".

ANASTASIA 2010-04-20 20:21:44 Unknown
this jerky caller threatened me that i was very wrong with all things i've done including committing a crime & they would send either the FBI or someone else out to arrest me ((NOTHING OF COURSE I DIDN'T COMMIT ANY KIND OF CRIME)). these buzzards surely like to nag lots of us for so much junk. someone else i know got this caller & threatened that person that he was a get this: CALLING THE GUY (somone i know online) AS BEING YES A VAMPIRE!!!
Erik 2010-04-20 18:56:41 Unknown
wow.. just got a call... little surprised this number has been making calls for over a year now
Fred 2010-04-20 17:01:02 Unknown
Got this cell call 4-20-2010 @ 9:21. Didn't answer but cell won't quit beeping a reminder. I was getting these same MFs on landline months ago about 3x daily. When I've googled phone #s in past came up with CHASE BANK (another of our great fraudsters). I used to have a whistle set by phone to blow real hard in their ear when they called. Geesh, they're worse than AT&T. I got slammed by them for $30.00 charge about 1 year after they said I made the calls. They called from offshore sometimes multiple times daily & sometimes in the middle of the night. One Asian told me he had my SS#. They also kept sending snail bills. No amout of explanation stopped them. They must've spent $100s to try to illegally collect $30.

call them back and press 1 to get on their do not call list.
TerriS 2010-04-19 19:39:54 Unknown
Good work. You can add thisa number to the list 402-982-0766- Homeytel, Inc. (that is actually what showed up on caller ID) The other jack***es were Ultra Care 402-982-0580.
The current calls are some crap about 'due to current gov't this or that' I can legally ekliminate my debt. I get 3-4 a day.
I have figured out that I must ignore ALL calls from the 402 area code- for the last 9 years all calls from that AC are frauds.
I report to the FCC as well but I'm sure most of this crap comes from out of the country.

Another load of B***S*** calls via a RoboDialer. I get 3-4 calls daily at work i regards to some new BS 'Obama' new plan crap. Ones is bout 'eliminating your credit card debt, legally' via some gov't program, I am so sick of these calls-
I just stop answering our phones if a call comes in from the 402 area code, it's ALWAYS B***S***. ALWAYS!

Call suppose to be from "Google Directory" per automated message. We have been requesting for these call to stop for months per the directions on the call. This time the caller ID said "Ultra Care". The caller ID said "Wireless Caller" (just last Friday). The person was rude and refused to give the company information & tollfree # for the company. He also said there was nothing I could do to stop the calls.

this is not a debt collection company, I have the feeling
they are running one of the old scams of soliciting certain
verbal responses from you, to record, and switch long
distance carriers on you, or a variation of it.
If you press 1, you get transfered to a person. Then they
ask if you "want info on debt relief" if you answer
anything other than yes, they hang up on you.
One time I said yes to see if they would connect me to the
company rep they were calling for, that way I could find
out the name of their calling service, as every time in the
past when I asked for who they are, they hung up on me.
Then they asked a series of other questions. And when it
came to the point they were supposed to get me to someone
to talk to, they hung up on me. I contacted my phone
company immediately, told them what happened, they noted it
on account and made sure no charges or changes would be
made to my account.
So I have filled 2 reports so far about them with the FCC.
Other numbers they use;
909-691-9119
978-570-2368
626-207-9102
562-289-8179
909-650-9190

I have started recording phone calls from them, havent
received on recently. But I always inform them that I am
recording this phone call and that they have been requested
multiple times to stop calling me and that I have and will
continue to file complaints with the FCC.
Actually had one of their reps say
"Well, I want to give a shout out to my homies. And the FCC
has nothing to do with us, you need to know what your
talking about fool." as well as a couple of other things
that I am not going to post here, but then of course he
hung up.
Who knows if I can figure out what company is doing this,
and they are viable enough to sue, I will start a class
action suit and 1088 Filed Via The

make sure to post up info about it here so the rest of you
can join in. :)
Here who the info on who is supplying them with the calling porthole etc...
Here it is. Info taken from Oregon Corporation lookup:
FRED ACCUARDI
27698 E WELCHES RD.
WELCHES, OR 97067
For the actual info (there is more) see this URL:

Fred's phone number is (503) 622-5656. Give him a call
(update) I spoke with Fred and told him of the things that have been happening. He said he would get ahold of the company and tell them to stop calling us.
He said most likely this is a company from India etc.. and that the laws dont apply to them.
I also informed him that if this didnt stop I would be filling a class action law suit and naming him in that suit.

i get one from them at least once a day.i refuse to answer.maybe we should all call them back at least once a day,and burn up their answering machine.

I can't believe we pay good prices for our cell phones and now I understand that last month, all cell phone numbers were released to telemarketers. It is also amazing that we - the recipients of these telemarketing phone calls should watch our language. Oh year, I guess that means we should all be politically correct with this moronic behavior.
annoyed cell phone owner 2010-01-05 01:02:42 Unknown
if anyone has paid for one of those services that allow you to track down the owner of any phone number, place post the owner's home phone here.

Keep receiving calls from this number with male voice telling me that this is a public service announcement about how to be debt free and to Preaa 1 for information and 2 to be removed from the list. I have pressed 1 with bo response on the other end. On other calls I have received from them I pressed 2 to to be removed from the calling list, but calls keep coming in. I owe no outstanding debts. I consider these calls harrassments.

This number called my phone yesterday. 1-402-982-0580 Posed as a credit card consolidation service. Asked me for my social security number. Said no, I don't do that on the phone, send me some documentation. He then replied if you don't give me your soc # I can't send you documentation. Hahah.
This is 99.99999% likely to be a scam.

My 10 year old daughter recievirvrf a pay as you go cell phone for Christmas from her aunt in Florida with Verizon. All of a sudden she started getting calls with voice messages from collection agencies, this number listed above and others. All messages where directed to her specificaly by name.
This only means that Verizon and whom ever else they are doing business with for these pay as you go accounts gave out this very personal information.
I don't understand why our politicians alow this to happen!... also why do they even pass laws for this to be legal. I think it is definetly time for a real revolution to execute our politicans.

Same as the others, was the cardholder services scam. First one of these on the new company-owned cell phone. Woot.
