Billing Scam
This is the big one folks. The scammer will tell you that waiting for payments is unrealistic and you should be paid right away. They will offer to help you with this. When they sign up a client they will get advance payment. Of course what they don't tell you is you will be lucky to see 25% of that money. DO NOT LET ANYONE OTHER THAN A LICENSED COLLECTION AGENCY COLLECT FUNDS FOR YOUR BUSINESS.
Scammers offer to take credit card payments for you as that is quicker. Trust me folks wait for Canada Post to deliver the check. It may take a few weeks but at least you will get it and can put it in your bank account and not the scammer's vacation fund.
The scammer will also try for access to your bank account. NOPE NO DA NADA - ABSOLUTELY FRIGGING NOT. No one other than you or the accounting person you assign should ever ever have access to your bank account. You will be very poor and indebt very fast if you allow this.
One question I was asked is how do you stop scammers from getting funds from your clients that you aren't aware of. Yup that is right they are collecting for extra stuff from your clients and pocketing all the money and you have no clue about. They get rich and you get poor.
One of the easiest and most effective ways to stop a scammer is:
Send a welcome letter to all clients. Yup that easy and that simple. In the letter put in about where all billing is to be sent and introduce yourself and make sure your email, phone number and extension number are on the letter and state clearly that you are the person to contact and that all payments are to be made out to your company and sent to your office address.

Sounds simple doesn't it but it's not - you have to be on your toes. These scammers have been doing this for years and years and years and are never caught and never charged. There is a reason for this. Most companies are too embarrassed to admit they have been scammed so the scammer just keeps right on doing it.
The average company is scammed for between $25000 and $500000.
these guys are pros - it is how they live the high life and as far as they are concerned they are doing nothing wrong. It is just business.

Of course you are out of business but they are in Marthas Vineyard sampling wine and don't give a damn about you.

The problem is the references come from him.

Do you really think they are real?

I can not comment on what others do or do not do I can only comment on myself.

I was approached by Allan Fine and spent 9,000 for crap. Nothing new to say about the whole SEO, marketing ploy. Could never keep his stories straight. Phone coaching he provided was a joke and constantly put me off. He introduced me to Rayn super to help with my email and networking computer needs, needless to say, he didn't know his anything about what he was doing. He told me he left Allan fine's organization because He was being scammed.....hmmm. I met peter singleton once and he got impatient. Scammed!

YES WE HAVE ALSO BEEN SCAMMED ALMOST 100.000 DOLLARS. HE CLAIMS HE WILL COLLECT CLIENT MONEY SO WE GET PAID SOONER BUT HE THEN POCKETS THE MONEY AND USES IT TO GO ON TRIPS, SPENDING MONEY THAT HE IS SUPPOSE TO BE HOLDING IN TRUST. HE IS A THIEF AND A LIRE.
WHEN HE GOT TURFED OUT THE DOOR FOR THIS ALONG WITH BREACHING HIS OWN CONTRACT HE TARGETS OUR CLIENTS TO GET BUSINESS FOR ANOTHER UNSUSPECTING VICTIM WHICH IS ANOTHER BREACH OF HIS OWN CONTRACT ALONG WITH CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
W A R N I N G  THIS GUY IS OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, SURE THINGS LOOK GOOD AT FIRST AND WHEN THE TRUST IS BUILT YOU GET BLIND SIDED, I THOUGHT HE WAS AN ASSET TO OUR COMPANY FOR A WHILE BUT THEN RED FLAGS STARTING COMING UP WHEN HE WAS NOT PAYING US THE CLIENT MONEY HE STOLE. THEN HE HAS THE NERVE TO SAY WE DID NOT PAY HIS BILLS WHICH WERE SEVERAL MONTHS OUTSTANDING. HE OWES US FAR MORE THAT WHAT WE OWE HIM AND WHEN ADVISED HE WILL BE PAID ONCE WE GET OUR MONEY HE SAYS "ONE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OTHER" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? INERADICABLE. WHATCH OUT HE IS A SNEAKY SNAKE.

I checked out Ryans new program, dealclosers. Well suffice it to say the "certified" closers are certified by none other than Mr. Soper himself.
Are these guys really out there promoting themselves as a legitimet buiness?
They must be connected somehow.
All anyone can do is ask them for references and search online for places like this. Thank you to whomever started this thread, saved me a TON of money and headache i'm certain.

I was once almost sucked in by Singleton and Bryan in the past...stopped short of committing, something smelled off...god I was right.

your right they have stopped doing faxes through other companys ...now they do it directly from their office!

you want to know facts? i just quit working for peter singleton this morning and he doesnt even know... i left the office because i was scared to tell him i quit. he is a big mean bully and even his daughter admits daily about how much she hates workling for him. he fired a girl yesterday because he didnt have enough money to pay her yet he drives around in a Mercedes Benz and takes two months off every summer. he hires people to do telemarketing for him to all the small businesses in calgary, so if i called you i apologize. I also tried to file complaints with the BBB but because of the nature of my complaints they couldnt accept them. I am a smart enough person to know when I am being scammed hence why I only worked there 3 days. I am also smart enough to know that the BBB has no reason to post on a complaint blog such as this because if they did that would prove to be a bad business practice. the BBB also requires that you complain to the person to allow them to amend their mistakes before you file the complaint. so where do we go from here? If you dont like any of the people mentioned above tell your friends family and co-workers and whom ever else you can but the more you write on here the more publicity you are giving them. and from marketing schemers alike...any publicity is good publicity

Are you a member of the BBB?  If not this is of little consequence.  You really need to do your homework before you comment.
We can contact the BBB (you should) and ask them the process, don't take my word for it.

I'm not sure why the BBB is continually referenced.... contrary to popular belief, the BBB does not track every single business on the planet...... And if you aren't a member you can complain 11 trillion times and they will not make a note of it (or care).  Since you are not a BBB member, having no complaints makes perfect sense..... (because you have to join and be a member before the BBB gets involved at all).

It's like claiming that the ACLU has nothing on record for you.... no s*** .... you aren't a member!

We did at a time use a company to do fax for us at this time we have ceased in doing unsolicited fax, we did not know the effect it had on businesses and do extend our apologies to any company that was unhappy with what they recieved feel free to call me 4034768890 Ext. 200 and I will rectify any situation.

In doing due diligence on Ryan Soper, I checked with the Calgary BBB and found that there have never been any complaints filed against Ryan Soper nor his company, RWC Communications Ltd.. In talking with Ryan Soper, he told me that neither he, nor any of his representatives, had ever done business with any of the people listed on this Blog some can not be identified as the used unreal names and screen names. If you truly are a real person with a real complaint, why don't you file a complaint with the BBB? If you are a real person, with a legitimate complaint, the BBB could potentially arbitrate a settlement or at the very least notify potential clients of Ryan that these complaints exist. Again, you have to be a real person to file a complaint with the BBB.

He uses an "offshore" email program that will go out and scrape email addresses, then guess what?  Your on his lists you can never opt out of.  Sent from Patrick my a**!  Peter Singleton called it multi-stream Marketing.

I know that Ryan soper and Peter singleton have been scamming people at the china rose for the past 3 years and people need to be very leery and china rose needs to stop letting the CGAA do any meetings.  The suck you in,take your money and it's a very poorly done meeting, I found this out after I joined and left after the first 10-minutes.
BE VERY CAUTIOUS everyone.

Peter singleton has now partnered up with a guy called Allan fine who has become as bad as Peter himself.  They offer you to rank highly on google and the the mobile marketing now, at the end of the day, they will take your money, give you s**t and tell you that you didn't do what they told you to do and that is their "way out" of any further coaching.  Money gone!
I got taken by these scam artists, because there are finally forums like this to help others out, please do your due diligence and stay away from peter singleton, Ryan soper and Alan Fine.  Once they get your money, it's over.  A**holes, all of you.

I have been ripped off by him in the past as well. I think pretty much anyone who has ever had anything to do with him has been ripped off. I can also tell you he has been in prison before for selling crack then again for guns. Also arrested for theft and stalking.
