I've been receiving phone calls from SHAW  DIRECT. They call me 3-4 times a day. When I answer there is no response. I never bought any service from this company. Why are they still calling me ? And how come they have my # ?

If your gonna call people at least leave a mesage or if you call several times a day and noboddy answers Give it up !!!!!

Call Shaw at this number and ask them for  LTSS (free satellite tv),  they will send you a receiver and send a tech to install the whole thing,  you will then be able to receive the 12 over the air channels you normally get with an antenna.  Since they discontinued the analogue signal,  they must provide an alternative for those of us who had the old style non digital
TVs.  My system is up and running and I have free satellite TV,  the picture quality in not that good as the receiver is an older model,  non HD, that has been refurbished.

I've been called tonight and I decided to answer. The lady wanted to talk to my boyfriend. I told her to wait a few seconds, then she asked me if I was his partner. I said yes and she start saying that she called us to thank us for our last payment (monthly regular payement). I told her that nobody has ever called me to thanks me for my payment and asked her if someone would call me every month. She just repeated that she wanted to thank me, then hang up... very myzterious!

Getting annoying phone calls from Shaw Direct, now. Shaw had just lost me as a internet customer after 13 years of faithful service. seems they didnt give a crap about thier customers like me. I had increasingly poor service with hi speed. They tryed to blame my computer. I finally told them.. "go hang". they disconnected me when they decided to, not when i wanted to. refused to buy back the modem i had purchased off them (was told if i closed my account they would buy it back, when i bought it. So i didnt pay the last bill.. i dont care what it does to my credit because... i dont use credit. So i got the Shaw Direct LTSS offer for TV... hi def my a**.. its blurry, and they dont have my local channels, just the one CBC that they replaced. What a screw up system... I wish thier suckadoodles would tell the board what they are doing wrong, but of course they wont because the higherups will fire them if they speak the truth.   *sighs*  glad i dont pay them for anything, anymore... sorry i payed them for the last 13 years just so they could go this way.

the phone number 403-538-4620 is for Shaw Direct.  Do not do business with these people, they have a habit of once you pay your bill they will call and harass you for more money.  They have done this to be three times in the last week. I finally told them to take their service and shove it where the sun don't shine, and that I would be lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  Do yourself a favor, don't answer their calls.

I rec'd a message on my television indicating my account is overdue and a payment is required.  I cannot make a payment until next Wednesday Sept 11/2013.  I hope this is ok and I hope this will not mean an interruption in services.  My email is sllavalley@hotmail.com.  The message on my television actually stated for me to send a message to "reportapayment@shawdirect.ca, but when I tried to do that nothing came up.  There is no such web site??? If there is I cannot get to it.  So I really hope this message gets to accounts at Shaw and I hope this payment will be ok to make Sept 11/2013.  If in fact there will be an interruption in services I will switch to my local cable company Sask Tel.

I have received a call from this number AT LEAST 3 times a day for the last 2 weeks.  I wish to God they would stop

I just called the number back.  It's Shaw Direct.  Why do they keep calling me?????  I don't want to buy any of their products, and the incessant harassment isn't going to suddenly convince me to sign up for Showcase!

this comes up as a fax - they called at 3AM!!!! seriously?!?!  will be trying Shaw tonight.  this will stop......nothing worse then being woken up!

I receive up to 5 plus calls a day from this number, when I do answer I get hung up on and no one ever leaves a message.

ShawDirect is a pain with error calls.
there is a basic cable channel line up that is free. thanks crtc... for not letting it be advertised to people who are paying 80 bucks a month for 300 useless canadian content channels...

It's Shaw, 403-538-4620 .....the lady on tthe other end sounded a bit embarressed - as I asked her what my past due was and she said 16$, and I asked her what last months balance was and she confirmed that I have had a credit for 3 months and she was sorry to bother me, she should have looked at screen before placing call.

i have star choice (which i guess is shaw now) and i keep getting this number calling and no message left. There are so many telemarketers and scammers out there, it is all very very very annoying for sure!

i get the call on a regular bases, majority of the time it's dead air or automated about shaw direct. so i called the # back today. it is shaw. i got a person and asked to remove my # from their list, she stated she sent the request off by email to their admin dept and it would take about a week there is no confirm #

i haven't been a customer with them in over a year
