My mother has be scammed! She has dementia and Alzheimer's and was contacted saying she would get an alarm system. In the end there was no alarm system but they talked her into 2800.00$ for a vaccum cleaner. I want action taken and her money back. They can have their hunk of 2800.00 junk back.

Breathe EZ is trying that s*** in Ottawa ON now aswell, they have an Ad out saying it's for various positions for 21$/hr, my girlfriend called looking for a position, and they offered her an interview within a few hours, ( around 6 pm, which is weird as hell right?) so she did a little research and found this site, when she called back to say thanks anyways, they hung up on her aswell.

These companies are b***s***.

Well, I took the deal at $2000. But the whole thing seemed sketchy. Day 8 of 10 and I have notified them via fax that I am cancelling the contract as of immediately. Then I called them to make sure they got it, and they said that someone was already in the area and the vacuum will be taken away today.

That Lovey Chahal you are referring to owns a numbers of offices. I personally was lured into working for these decietful scamming con artists. He is a master manipulator along with his brother Shammy who are teaching people how to become just like them & they take advantage of anyone they possibly can to earn a buck. They have become extremely successful at even conning old, weak, desperate people. It's an extremely unethical way of doing business and yes they deserve to be reported by everyone. The products however are exceptional products. Too bad these people are giving Health-Mor a bad reputation. I am fully prepared to take legal action against them, along with a number of other associates.

I'm reading , because I went to a friend house and was vacuuming and I thought is a really goog one !  I ask my friend about it and she told me all this I'm reading here today , and she ended buying it from a women named BARB WATERFIELD .  I'm interested about buying this vacuum , now I'm scared , and you are right !  There's not phone number from Ontario at lease, the only real phone number is from Calgary, Alberta!

Listen breath e-z home in Ontario is the same as the one in calgary it's their old manager that moved their and branched out ! It's all privately owned offices supplied by filter queen ( which is a air purifying system that's been around since 1927 ) , but can clean house with double duty it has a serial number and filter queen is not listed in the category of vacuums . Vacuums don't have serial numbers because they are not tested as a air purifying system qualifications . It has to be FDA approved ! As such. It's a very good product , if you look closely to the companies that have had to ship out of Canada beceause it was such a hazard to Heath ( the phantom first bag less vacuum in early '90 s it's gone didn't last long creator left went and designed new one with a better system but not as great as every one thinks it's only time before that one is booted too! But it's sells every where at a huge cost even for your every day stores .. It's a bummer that the vacuum industry has knocked on doors for years and sold product at a huge price and have sicken it's costumers to death with the disappionments of the results that don't match what they were told ! They have ruined our trust it's to bad for Filter Queen's product!!!

I've been recieving these calls too .. I googled and called Breathe Easy (The real Company) and they only operate out of London, ON and do NOT have a Telemarketing Service. I am going to report it to the Canadian Fraud Centre. I encourage you all to do the same too. 1-888-495-8501

Just called my house. I wish telemarketers would stop calling my house . Stop wasting my time. I have better things to do than talk to someone that is trying to sale me something I don't or need.

We go the same call. They set up an appointment to meet us and they never showed.

Same deal,  answered the survey and got a call for a prize.  A chopper or trip, they began asking a personal questions.  I asked where there company was and more info she said Nepean ontario on Bentley street, when I asked about a website they hung up.

Anyways, I got a call from Breathe EZ about a free prize.  So I look up the company online and find two very interesting articles.

1.  The Better Business Bureau currently lists the company at an F rating (yikes!)

2.  Even more interesting...they have been fined by the CRT for telemarketing to individuals who are listed on the Do Not Call List.  This site actually details the court rulings on the case, pretty interesting read.  It explains how they operate and try to circumvent the DNCL...

My number one rule of thumb for dealing with telemarketers; if I didn't call the company first, chances are they have nothing I need.

DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I recently worked for them for a bit, went on the equity program, they took advantage of my good nature. Once on equity, they did everything in there power to make me hate it and leave. They would give me shows 45mins-1hour away so i would waste gas, and when I got there to do the show, the people never let me in, so I never got 3 shows/week. They screwed me over so bad I now owe the credit company $4000 because they pushed me out of the program!!! I am also going to a lawyer because when I signed the paper for Equity Program, they made a new contract with my signature on it without me knowing to the credit company called ledcare saying I owed $4000... they did this AFTER I had signed the paper, so the whole contract is void and illegal and they will be hearing from my lawyer as well as the police... good luck with your SCAM of a company Lovedeep, Shammi and Darren

I was just called as well.  I answered their survey a few days ago which wasn't too intrusive.  They called today explaining that I won the prize.  I went along and they offered a rice cooker, garden hose, or deal on a trip.  She asked for my last name, address, wifes name, etc.  I said I wasn't comfortable giving info unless I had info on them.  I asked who they were and if they had a website.  She said they had no website, it was 'under construction'.  That's when I hung up!  SCAM!!!

Received a call the other day from Breathe Easy Homes who were apparently conducting a survey. Answered a few basic questions. Few days later received call that I was one of the lucky chosen winners with my choice of a rice cooker, three day vacation, or ....(can't remember the other prize). They started out by wanting my full name. At this point I began to ask more questions about the survey and company. The person on the other line would not answer any of my questions and tried to change the subject, finally they hung up on me. I should have asked all those questions the first time around!

Company is a joke they are con artists, they advertise for a job stating they will give you a signing bonus and then $3075 base for the month if you perform 48 demos. They dont even tell you that its selling vacum cleaners, anyways they try to get you to sell to your family and friends stating no presure its just for initial practice. Then the sales manager gets on the phone after demo and insists the buy these useless products. Complete farce dont get conned especially by BARB the ringleader who acts as the company "recruiter" when she phones you to tell you have been hired.

The caller is from Breathe EZ Homes, their phone # is 403-214-1446. They ask you if you remember taking a survey of indoor quality. They then say that you have won something (in my case it was a choice of a vacation or tupperware). They then state that they will be dropping by to give you the prize, set up a time and everything when you and your husband/wife will be home. I called them back after reading a different site's review of their scam (they give you a vacuum cleaner as a gift then you pay for it and no court can do anything about it). DO NOT SUCKER INTO THIS SCAM!!

I was called for an interview to Breathe E-Z Homes. Luckly enough  to get an interview for a position who pays 21/hour . Well, I never go to an interview without researching about the company and I did with this one too. What I found? Bad reviews and people telling is sales door to door. I called them back and asked them if is this because I am not interested. The lady, the same one who called me in the first place told me  I will find out in the interview…and because I expressed  I am not interested anymore she  hung up on me :O How is that possible? Hopefully everybody will see this review before they go there and lose their time and possible money.

I have got a call from 780-7017482 breath EZ homes regarding a survey related to Asthma allergies smoking.They talked to me having pets am i married and about credit cards.After some days igot a call that i have won a prize either a vacation or some 49 pcs set wood container something like that i have given them appointment and they insisted on having my husband home as i told them that i dont use credit cards but my husband does and they want to give some presentation luckily in their search i got this web page and having myself informed i decided to protect other people from these Scams.BE AWARE IT COULD BE RISKY.
