The cell phone companies are giving out your cell number. How else would they get it. If you only give it to family and close friends.  I will never again add my cell number to the Do Not Call list.  I did that with my old cell and provider and immediately started getting calls from tele market companies. Never did before I listed the number.  So, cell company and do not call people sell your numbers to the scammers.

I have had two calls from 011-877-274-6626 showing up on my cell phone.  I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.  Only family have been given my cell number.  I have text plan, but have to pay for every phone call, so I do not answer unknown callers.

Righting a blog on these #?s help many people. I for one no longer answer calls from #?s I don?t know. If it?s important they will leave a message.     But more importantly reporting these calls to the ? do not call ? is a waste of time. Call the FTC at 1-877-382-4357 there you can talk to a live person and report up to 5 numbers, or go on line to ftc.gov  ( federal trade commission) and file a complaint. If we ALL do this maybe it will get some attention.

This number called me this morning.  Did not answer, googled phone number & found your thread.

I have had this cell for 3-4 years and seldom use it but for the kids school and calling family. The past 6 months, I have been bombarded with advertiser's and selling pitches.  Did AT&T sell out their numbers?

This is one of many numbers calling about interest rates and then hangs up. I am on the do not call list, why do I keep getting these calls???

This is the 2nd time the # called my cell.  It says it's from Alberta, Canada, so I didn't answer (I don't have international calls on my phone).  Need to block the # . . .

I get a call from this number on a regular basis as well as other numbers from Canada.  I dont' ever answer them.  Drives my crazy.

I answered the call, heard a couple seconds of silence, then got hung up on.

They keep calling my cell phone.  Never leaves a message.  This is disturbing.

The FCC has temporarily halted 7 minor unprofitable boiler rooms who will receive a slap on the wrist and be back at it within a few days. You can now see why the criminals keep calling even though they know you won't fall for their scam. They are making money even if you don't answer the phone. If someone does make the mistake of answering the phone and falling for their scam then it is just icing on the cake for them. These people are the lowest form of filth on this planet.

This is an all out attack from these scum sucking filthy pigs! EVERYONE should be reporting them everywhere that they can. Since this is an obvious attempt at identity theft and is interstate, the FBI should be forced to get involved. Charge them with a CRIMINAL offense and throw them in prison instead of the FCC saying 'Naughty - naughty, now go out and play nice'.
(Prosecute them in criminal court instead of civil penalties).

A robocall called me, and I pressed "1".  When the young lady came on to the phone, I told her to stop calling me and that I'm on the Do Not Call list.  She hung up.

Just got a "CARD SERVICES...LOWER YOUR INTEREST RATE" call. Pressed 1 and asked the guy how he could sleep at night, and he immediately hung up. I got a call from this same number on Friday.

I have gotten up to seven calls per day, usually from different #s.

These  robo-call mills need to be shut down!

Caller I.D says the number is from Alberta, Canada.  Called my cell this afternoon.

Just got a call from this number. I answered, but there was no one on the line. I tried calling it and got a message that said, "you have reached a non-working number."

constant calls with recorded message of lowering interest rates and press 1 to speak with a representative. I did just that and told them to stop calling as we are on the government "do not call list".  They wanted to know why I wasn't interested. Told them again, its against the law to call when on the "do not call list"

Airline Sales maybe, but I get the number is not in service when called back. Hopefully the DO NOT CALL for cell phones will kick in soon. Or changing my number should help initially.

just received call became a hang up

Received a call from 4039058000 twice.  First time they left no message.  This time I picked up teh call because my caller ID places teh call from Alberta Canada.  I don't know any one in Canada but since they called once before I answered the phone.  There was no one on the line.

Just called cell phone at 3:08 p.m.  Didn't pick up since I didn't recognize.  I'm in NJ

call from 403-905-8000@ 10:57. Didn't pick up. No message left

This number calls me all the time and when i call back it says the number is not in service. I work on the road driving truck and cant worry about this number calling me every other day.
