Just deleted it. Didn't bother calling.

Got the same text message and when I called it back it was an automated center saying my card was deactivated and to reactivate it I need to enter my card number. Not falling for it, weird thing is I also received a letter in the mail from archieve stating it's just an annual letter they are required by law to send out.

Got the same message on my phone yesterday after making a normal purchase on my card....coincidence in the timing I guess, but a little unnerving.  I realized that a legit company would not use a non toll free number as a call back number.  In the past, I've been notified by a phone call from my bank's security dept., not a text.  I ignored it...haven't deleted yet in case something else comes up.

I got the same message and do not nor have I ever had this Achieve Pre-paid card.  stay away from this scam to get your information!!

I just received a text asking me to call this number where I was asked to enter my c/c# without any opportunity to speak with a real person . . . This should be criminal

It's a fraud.  They are trying to steal credit card information.  Just delete it.

Got the same message today. Don't have a card with these numbers or from Achieve.

I just received the same message, tried to use one of my credit cards today and would not go through, but nothing to do with this card. My message was sent from 707-980-1209 which happens to be a california area code and cell number. Be careful.

Have you all got straighttalk phones, service by verizon with prepaid Atlanta area numbers for area code 404 like I do.  Someone is just calling all those numbers to get a rise.  I qualify on all these accounts.  Please write if you're NOT 404 area code, NOT verizon cell service, NOT Straighttalk prepaid phones, one or more of these three categories, or none of them at all, so we can find out the nature of the calling pattern, with a view to figuring out WHY?

I have no idea who this maybe. I have a verizon phone and a blocked number.

No idea what this about.  Never heard of Achieve Card.

Got the same message. I'm not calling them. AchieveCard refers to a prepaid Visa, kind of like GreenDot.

More than likely a scam. Text message says to call this number concerning an "AchieveCard" that is "LimitedDueToFraud".
Delete it. Hundreds are reporting the same thing on other phone number sites.

Yep, just got it here in the 661   from 66120312231@vtext.com... SCAM!

Its a scam to get you to call them and they will then ask you to enter a 16 digit number from your card....then bam, they have your credit card number

Have we not noticed most of theese posts that cite a cc number all begin with 4418 58 id say we can chalk this one up to being a scam thats now exposed

I have no card which begins or ends with that number. Any ideas who this might be? I'm not going to call the phone number because I'm afraid it may be a scam.

First had a number182738233 before the first text and 7069780233 both vteck

7062642819@vtext.com sent me a text with this info:

(AchieveCard) [441851******XXXX]Issue.Call:(404)400-2359

And before that I had received a text from a different number:

7063041209@vtext.com(AchieveCard) 441858******XXXX BlockedDueToFraud. Call:14158773114.

Achieve Card website looks legite but I've never had an Achieve Card! WTF who should I call or contact to get this resolved? So paranoid right now and I'm sure as hell not going to respond to these fishy texts.

AchieveCard.com is a legitimate site that provides services and prepaid VISA and MasterCard debit cards. All their "Contact Us" phone numbers are 800 numbers and website says its customer service operations are located in Texas. The number in the text message that appeared on my phone is Atlanta 404 area code. I have never had a pre-paid debit card. First four digits of a card number are shown in the text, which is atypical and a red flag. Deduction: the text is spam/fraud. Don't reply.
