got a charge on my credit card bill for 10.65 from infinity and sons and that is where this scam artist is located------in infinity. i have no idea where they could have gotten my number. changed my credit card information anyway.

Not sure who or what they are, but call your credit card company to dispute the charge. That way, the merchant's bank will charge them a fee for getting a dispute/charge back. And if the merchant can't proof what the charge is for then you'll win the dispute.

My debit card was charged $11.89 by Infinity & Sons, which is a company that I have never heard of and I did not make this charge. I filed a complaint with the FBI on Jan. 24, 2008. I hope they catch this guy. I now have to go to the bank and cancel my card! Very frustrating!!! The number they used was 404-474-2550.

Don't bother finding a web site that got your card number this Infinity & Sons got my credit card number and I never use my cards on the internet - I did, however, purchase by phone from Health Resources the day before the infraction (Dec 24th,2007  - I'm calling the Atlanta, GA police dept. now.

donna  unfortunately you will have to return to all the businesses you did business with, and at the bottom of the website  you will find the web manager. i understand that as of the 15th of jan., digitalriver is no longer in business. i hope that some of these legitimate businesses really did not know about this but one can never be sure. go to the number 805-275-2235 and see if that site can shed some more light for you.

how do i figure out if the companies i did business with over the holidays, uses freemerchant.com or digital river as their web manager.
I got 11.89 charged to my cc , from infinity & sons, and now i have cancelled that card. I'm going nuts trying to figure out which site was breeched.

an update since i last logged on. if you did business on line with a company who uses freemerchant.com or digital river as their web manager these scam artists now have access to your credit card information. there are other phony websites as well. check out 805-275-2235 as their are people there who have this scam all figured out. cancel credit cards and be careful in dealing with websites that you are unfamiliar with.

Got a cgarge on my debit card from Infinity and Sons of Atlanta, GA. for $11.85. Called the number and received a recorded message that it was an out of service Verizon cell phone. I reported the incident to the fraud investigation unit of my bank.

i got a charge from 11/29/07 for $11.85 on my dec 07 cc statement. phone in GA is 404-645-1736. didn't recognize the charge. called the number and brian gracy ("he is currently unavailable"). looked up infinity and sons online and found this alert.
