my mother recieved a call from someone stating that i was a person of interest in a federal check case and that i needed to call back at this number 713-955-2031ask for travis to settle out of court. now this has my mother very upset so i call only to find out this is some kind of scam.now im angry and tell him where to go in slang then if u can believe this he had enough nerve to call me back i told him i would report this number and his name to the police he hung up on me. so dont be scammed or even let u or a family get upset over this its a waste of energy

I to got a call from a man at 7139552031, telling me he was going to turn my case over to "federal court", how stupid do these people think we are?!! I to got a payday loan over 6 years ago and continue to harassing phone calls several times a day from various phone numbers basically claiming the same thing!!! Being broke isn't against the law!!! But making fraudulent claims is!!! These people are breaking the law! Invading our privacy by contacting family & friends and using "scare tactics"

Got a call from this woman this morning. Stated that it was about fraud..same ol same ol calls i have been getting in the past. Only this time she called my boyfriends mother. dont know how she got that number because it is on nothing of mine. So i called her and asked me if i had been contacted from a lawyer, told her no, she tried to tell me that she was collection on something I paid for on 2008. She kept going on and on about it so I finally told her that this was a scan plan ans simple, she knew it and I knew it. Not to call me or I would turn her name and # over to the cops and I hung up. Not but 10 min later I got a call from 713-955-2032 telling me they had 2 complaints of on me that I need to call to give my statement or an arrest warrent would be issued. He called from that number but told me to call 713-955-2031. I know this is also a scam that goes with the one above. I have added both numbers to my blocked list.  There has to be something we can do about these people.

Ms. Harrington is a sick liar also! She's calling up people saying I gave her their phone number to get in contact with me when I have never myheard of her period and doesn't even know these people phone numbers. She need to stop before she gets sued. I got a call this evening from my Aunt's son's wife whom I do not have either one phone number stating that this woman called them saying she was working on a fraud case for me which isn't true at all. I have never had any contact with this woman nor know her period, but if she keep her mess up she will need an attorney.

She called me about a "loan" my wife took out. (Which she didn't) my wife has been living in my city for 8 years and she said the loan was from her city 5 years ago. I asked her how she got my number she told me I was her emergency contact. So I told her oh really my wife must be a psychic because we didn't know each other when she made this supposedly loan lol

I too get the same call just now. Knowing it is a scam I still had to check. I have been getting a call once a day for that last week all say pretty much the same thing. I didn't answer and I am not going to call them back. I have been putting up with this for the last 5 years. I had a payday loan that went bad and I had someone call me in 08 to tell me that I would go to jail if I didnt pay them. I got scared and actually paid them. A year later I got a call about the same thing and it was only then I found out it was a scam, so I have been getting calls from 202, 404, 251 area codes. When I hear the message that they want to "service me" at home or work I know it is a scam. It's annoying if anything. Does anyone know where to go to place a complaint?

Same thing this lady called and said I had bad checks. I haven't had a checking account in 5 years.

Katherine Harrington called me this morning at home; left a voice message about getting an attorney for some unstated case against me.  Will Not call her back.  She also called my son this morning with a list of bad checks he had written (NOT) and they even had him on video (LOL).  These people are pathetic.  My son and I have both filed complaints through the Attorney General Office in Georgia.

This lady called my cell phone, not sure how she even got my phone number???  But then she had the nerve to call my parent's house!  And she freaked my mom out!  I'm so angry, why can't these people get a dam job and make a living like everyone else instead of lying and trying to cheat people out of their hard earned money!  

This is another number used by Catherine Harrington to try and me for a so called five year old loan, from who she would not tell me.times are to hard for everybody to give your money away to garbage like that.They said that they were about to take. me to court if I didn't pay $968. dollars or contact them in 24hours
