Multiple calls in one day. When I answered it was a recorded message saying fees for credit card processing for merchants have increased. Then I hung up. I closed the business nine years ago but still maintain the trade name. I wonder if they get that information from the state as I still occasionally get wholesale catalogs in the mail from places I have never done business with before.

Message about the Government reducing your credit card processing fee by 50% - something about debt card processing fees.  Trying to sell credit card processing.  Press 2 to be removed from the list.  Get on the federal no call list and it helps reduce these calls.  Report them when they call so we can stop them!

called my business line.  Their recorded message was so distorted I could bearly understand their call...something about credit card processing.  Simply, I pressed the "Block" button on my Uniden phone in the diddle of their message.
We won't be hearing from these folks again!

Call blocking phones are very inexpensive $40-$60 and they come with, at least, one wireless handset.  Very, very convenient.

I have had the same home number and the same business phone number for over 15 years and my home and my business lines (both published) seem to be on every call list imaginable.  I bought a Panasonic call blocking phone for my home and I bought a Uniden call blocking telephone for my business.

NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH TELEMARKETERS.   THEY CAN?T GET THROUGH!

We can stop these telemarketers IF we all buy a call blocking phone.
