Received a call from "Shannon" who had a call regarding a personal matter from a Mr. Cook. When I asked the company was, I was told it was a call from Mr.Cook for <insert name here>. I again asked for the company and was told the same thing, so I hung up.

this guy calls me today and was very rude i owe old navy 626. tried to work out payments with him it was usless. he said that i was making payments with old navy and i missed one payment so it defualted. so now he said no payments i will have to pay all or they will sue me or go after my husband. whitch we are seperated and it my account. can they do this or is the guy trying to scare me into paying it ?i was scared and set up thr payment but i might call them back to cancel cuz i really cant afford what they want

Actually I know where some states require collectors to go by an Alias and to register the name under the state. It is not illegal to give a fake name, in many cases it is illegal to use your real name. Food for thought.

Haven't gotten a call from them in a long time, but today I got another one.  They are still asking for the same person.

I just got a call from them for someone who hasn't had my number for at least 4 years (because that's how long I've had it) so I called the number they left to tell them that and all I got was an advertisement for "stimulating conversations" at 1-800-643-TALK. Really weird.

Keep getting these calls for my daughter or her husband.  405-425-1500.   My caller ID says
CAC Financial.  Daughter and Husband say they never heard of them.  When I asked "Milessa"
the caller to give me her number and I would have my daughter call her, she said "No Thanks"
and hung up.

I received a call from 405-425-1500 last evening--5-2-2011.  I was unable to get to the phone as I was doctoring my dog's paw, so I called back from caller ID.  The caller ID stated it was CAC Financial.  I knew I didn't know of them and figured that they had a wrong number.  I called back and asked who they were calling and he said "who are you"?  I said "who are you?"--this went back and forth until he told me to call back when I was in a better mood.  I hung up and called back in a few minutes and he immediately said "are you in a better mood"?  I was furious and tried to explain to him that I was calling to let them know that if they were calling whoever used to have this number, that I wasn't connected in anyway with CAC.  He never let me explain that and I finally told him to go f himself and I hung up.  This man is terrrrrrrrible and rude as hell!  THis needs to be reported to whomever.  Do these people expect anyone to do business with them EVER!?!?!?

Wtf they've been calling my cell for awhile the last couple times I answered their calling for a kristi I told them they have the wrong number and today some guy said I know she's there have a good night then I called back and bitched him out saying idk who he's talking abt then he said he's been calling for 4 mons I'm like yeah and I'm tired of telling you there's no kristi and he said whatever have a nice day tell kristi I said hi I'm like I don't know who the hell that is and he tried speaking over me so I told him to kiss my a**!

they sure are, my daughter has been deceased for three years and today I get a phone call for her from these people, for a recent debt, yea right.

I called back and pressed "0" to get the operator, after explaining what my problem was (repeated calls even after I tell them that this phone number is no longer registered to that person) she transferred me to a collector who stated they would remove my number.  All the other times the people just hung up on me so I will wait and see if they call back.

I rec?d a call from this number as well today and it was in reference to a bill that I owe however this same rude a** guy named Shawn seemed to make to talk over me and said that I refuse to pay the bill. I am trying to set up payment arrangements however he keeps talking and I got so frustrated that I hung up. I will deal with the original creditor and call it a day.. Rude a** people.. UGH!

I had CAC Financial Corp calling my cell phone daily until I found out about Youmail for cell phones on the AT&T web site! With youmail I have been able to block them from being able to leave any messages by putting them into ditch mail!

"Rebecca" is calling for "katherine". No such person is here with me. And to top it all off don't they have to say what the hell they're looking for the person with?  It's just a "call me back at this number" without saying who they are working for.

Alliance One calls and continuouly says my mother (now deceased) owes a bill from Romoan's that was settled by Morgan & Associates with an employee named Caramie.  Caramie continues to say that she mailed a letter that the account was settled.  Now the account is given to Alliance One.  Caramie promises to call Alliance One and have the calls stopped.

I HAVE NOT LIVED AT THE HOME OF MY PARENTS FOR ABOUT 9 YEARS AND THESE PEOPLE ARE CALLING THE HOME OF MY PARENTS AND GIVING OUT INFORMATION ABOUT WHY THEY ARE CALLING FOR ME!
