I am receiving calls saying they can help me sell my car for free. I knew something was up because, 1, nothing is free, and 2, my Navigator had been sold and the ad in Auto Trader and Craigslist had been removed. I am sure that is how they got my number. I usually just hang up but when I got a call at 9:30 at night< I was pissed and decided to ask someone to remove my number. When I got through after just a second of waiting, I was greeted by the worst ebonics I have ever heard from a young lady. Obviously a high quality place is not going to hire someone to speak on the phone with such a twisted grip on the English language. When I ask to be removed she was extremely rude, but I was nice. Calls continued (of course, like this piece of trash answering the phone is going to go out of her way to help a stranger on the phone) I threatened to turn them over to the FBI fraud department. NO MORE CALLS

I have a friend that calls me from overseas and this number shows up sometimes when he calls. I think this number is an international gateway for calling cards or calling plans overseas.

the 405-708-4005 number called and was identified as being "International Gateway". They did not leave a message on my answering machine. There is no International Gateway or Int'l Gateway listed in the Oklahoma City directory. That is the area code identification. Sounds like a prank caller or a phoney con artist.

I recieved a call stating that I had won 25 million dollars that would be delivered to me the next day. When I asked why I was told it was because of my good credit. One little catch though, the money was going to be deposited into an over seas account and it would cost me a small fee to get the 25 million. They called my cell phone 4 times until I threatened to turn them over to the FBI fraud department. Haven't had another call since I threatened to turn them in to the authorities. How they got my name and work cell phone number is beyond me, but they did.
