I speak spanish and english. I was able to understand the message, It said Welcome to Radio Mexico, where you can listen to your favorite stations on your phone , stations from Mexico and we wait for your call back.
It was an unknown number . they left a voice mail

Got 4 missed called w/in 2 min apart. I speak Spanish & English. Something about,
"Welcome to Radio Mexico. In a moment, press any button to be connected to a radio station. Press 1 for radio station "So & So" Press 2 for radio station .......................". And so forth
