Help for foreclosure?  Just sold a house and purchased another.  NO FORECLOSURE

Its a loan modification company.  The funny thing is that they started calling me after I completed a short sale on my property.  Idiots.  Don't bother picking up.

Just got a call from this number. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. However after checking this site, I did call the number back and received a message to press 1 to be added to their do not call list. I pressed 1, and received 'Thank You' and hung up. I hope to not receive any more of these calls.

This is about the 20th call from Merchant S.  Never pick it up.  Annoying.

They are calling me and I am on the do not call register.  I will make a formal complaint if this continues.  It is the Merchant S out of Toronto.  When I answer they hang up.  Perhaps they have a quota of people to call whether they talk to anyone or not.  I just want them to stop.

They attempted a call to me as well, no message left.

Received a call on my cellphone from this number but they didn't leave a message. I called the number back from my cell multiple times and always reach a busy signal. When I call from a landline or any other number I get through to a automated system that states to press 1 to be put on a "do not call list" and then the call disconnects. They obviously have my cell programmed in the system to not be able to call so that I cannot remove myself. I will report this to the BBB

These are the same morons that WERE calling from 406-852-8353 - - Caller ID was LOAN MOD DEPT.

Seems like maybe our strategy of filling up their vmail box might have caused them to change identity . . . . but who knows.

THe one thing I can recommend to get even with these idiots is, to LEAVE A MESSAGE !

If you press "1" - to speak with a representative - - - they NEVER put you through to anyone . . . .cuz they know if a live body answers the phone they'll spend hours talking to pissed off people who are just trying to figure out who they are and how to get off their robo dialer. . . . so - they SCREEN their calls hoping that legit folks will be fool enough to leave their number for them to call back.

Just leave a random message !
Dont leave your phone number.

Fill up their voicemail box with nonesense that will clutter (and maybe even FILL) their box.

As they change caller ID's and phone numbers - - please post on the Internet so we can keep track of their movements

Same here, multiple times a day but never leave a message. Tried calling back, got a call cannot be completed as dialed message.

We r on a do not call list....they have called us 9....yes 9 times in 3 flippin hours!!!!! We have received 5 other calls from other numbers and other names. To file a complaint even if u aren't on the do not call listing call FTC 1-888-382-1222.

Scam mortgage consolidation

Usual scammers who, following the orders of our president) are offering mortgage relief. There was an article in the newspaper recently about these type of businesses. It describes, at length, how the relief most of these places offer is to your wallet. In a worse case scenario, a woman was scammed out of her home.

These people called me. I answered the phone, and there was no one there. No recording, nothing.

This was about a loan consolidation (we have no loan) -- clearly a scam and yet they keep calling.   The DNCL IS NOT WORKING.

We continue to receive calls from this number, pressing the numbers: 1 to speak with a mortgage rep and 9 to be removed from the calling list do not result in someone coming on the phone through this recorded message from "President Obama." The calls come in even so far as getting me out of the tub or at many other inconvenient times such as dinner. How do you get these people to stop calling our number?

When dialing the number back absolutely nothing happens, it does not ring and the call goes nowhere. So who is calling us and why, why do they call us and ask us to speak with a mortgage rep and then no one comes on the phone when I press the appropriate option EVEN if I DID want to refinance!!!

I have gotten calls from this number and they leave no message. Just a nuisance! I don't have any faith in the Do Not Call list.
