These tards called me 5 times today. When I finally picked up, I asked the woman what the name of her company was (the caller ID said Senior Health), she replied "Diabetes Network." I asked her for her office phone number and she hung up on me. I am ready to go after these people legally, as I, too am on the DNC list.

calls from 406-351-4105. It goes to the answering machine they do not leave a message. We are on the no call list.

Ring, no answer. Several times each day. It's coming from Senior Health. I have answered a couple of times and told them I'm not diabetic and am not interested. They continue to harass.

This number called my house 3 times in an hour looking for someone who does not live here
Tried to get me into an argument. I told the caller this number is on the dnc list and that he would be reprted.

I answer they say nothing they leave no message try to call back it rings busy

No requests have been made, call almost nightly between 8:30-9:30 pm.  Call center is foreign, can barely understand the caller.

I just sent the following message to Verizon's "abuse" center:

"Take down" the owner of 406-351-4150 who is  ostensibly doing business as SENIOR HEALTH.

That phone has been harrassing people all over the United States for many months; repetitively calling several times per day, and several days per week.

My last encounter with Senior Health was 20 minutes ago. I am not a Verizon customer, but 406-351-4150  is.

I received one call one day and 4 calls the next day.  My spouse and I are both on oxygen and have cancer.  This disgusting person called and just hung up each time.  When I attempted to call with a one before the area code they just hung up or I got a busy signal.  When I called the number without dialing the area code I and my son got a voice recording in which we could not understand who they were but they were unavailable.  I later called after contacting Verizon and warned them that we contacted verizon because their info on the internet states that their phone carrier is Cellico Partnership Dba Verizon wireless.  Now anybody who wants to start a business but not to give it a name can for around $40 get a Dba and claim to be whomever they want and/or work for whomever they want.  It is legal.  Some crock right?  The info on the internet said that the number is from the city of Forsyth MT, County of Rosebud.  I called them again, leaving a message, after contacting verizon that they would be charged with harassment if they continued to call since the last time they called and hung on the line I told them to stop calling us.  It is difficult for us to get to the phone as it is w/o having to put up with people like this.  These people should be stopped from harassing innocent people.

This number has called my home more than 4 times today. There's either silence or they ask for my mom, and then hang up or become silent. I just want to kick their a** to be honest. Smh.

I have  received four phonecalls today starting at 11:00 A. M. I am on nocalls registry.   The calls are coming in from Montana with no other I.D..  After the third call, I did file a complaint. No answer .  Voices heard in background.

406-351-4250 has been calling every two hours with no reply when answered.   At times there are voices in the background heard.   I am on nocall registry and have filed a complaint with them.

Thesepeople need to be arrested and charged with harassment. They are violating the law.

Caller ID says Montana when this # calls. I didn't answer & they didn't leave a message. I am on the DNC list as well.

The do not call list is a big joke, it is worthless and useless.

The above number has called my cell phone in the last 3 days 8 times.  I have told them the person they are calling is not me and I do not have diabetes.

At least I'm not the only person getting this call. They always call around 7:30-8:00 in the morning but I rarely get anyone on the line. Who the hell are these people and why are they harassing me?

Reservations are no longer treated as foreign lands.  The Supreme Court calls them "domestic dependents".  They have their own laws and courts and operate under the Federal Government being subject to Federal laws.  They don't answer to cities, counties or states.  Since the Do Not Call police/law is Federal it applies to reservations.

I have gotten 5 harassing calls from these jerks.  I'm on the do not call list and advised them of it when I told them to take my name off their call list.  The fourth time they called I filed a complaint with do not call.gov.  Tonight they called again and I filed another complaint.  Please..everyone on the do not call list file a complaint with the government so they can stop these people.

this number called multiple times in one evening (over 10) and then hung up - but kept on calling back

We have been getting numerous calls from 406-251-4150. Assuming them to be telemarketing or political survey calls,  I have been letting the answering machine handle them but no messages are left.  Tonight, this number called about 5 times at 15 minute intervals so I finally picked up.  A woman started making small talk, knew my name and identified herself as being with American Diabetes. She claimed I had diabetes. I told her I didn't, considered her calls to be a nuisance and asked her to stop calling. After completing the call, I immediately filed a complaint with the fcc on their "do not call list' webpage.  No sooner had I finished the fcc complaint than 406-251-4150 called again. I spoke with another woman and explained that I had just asked them to stop calling me and that I was on the national do not call list. I also told her that I had just filed an FCC complaint. She was polite and apologized for "any inconvenience".

The two women seemed to have accents and I'm guessing that both are American Indians. I wonder if calls from a reservation, technically a sovereign nation, are exempt from the Do Not Call registry law?

They call about five time per day everyday. Says Senior Health. I never answer and they never leave a message. I am on the "donotcalllist" but it is a worthless program because of stuff like this. I am not sick except sick of them calling. I have to look at the phone everytime to be sure it is not a real call. Wears me out!

Continue to receive calls from Senior Health after having asked numerous times to be removed from their list.

The caller ID says Senior Health. The number is 406-351-4150. Have no idea what they are saying. Very worrisome.

Asian lady called three times today asking for a person who is not listed under my home number.  The first time she called I politely told her noone lives here by that name. I then assumed it was a bill collector. Then she called for the third time by this time I was a little annoyed because it was the same person.  I tried to call the number back and found out that I can't dial it back. I googled the number and the listing is in Montana. The female states she is from Senior Health. Thanks Lisa for adding the website to your comment. This is very annoying!!!!

I am receiving 2-6 calls from 406-351-4150 a day.  I let the answering machine answer and there is no message.  I am also on the do-not call list.

People have called each day for the past week, multiple times.  Yesterday 9/7/ 2010, ask why they are calling me and they hung up on me.  Today told them I dont' want them to call anymore, don't care who they are, etc.,,,bla, bla.  and they said OK, well call you tomorrow and the next day when it's more convenient.  Notice the "and,"  which is exactly what she said.  They are going to keep calling and keep calling.  This is a spanish girl who should be put in jail for this type of harrassement.  What a bunch of screwballs.  So much for DO NOT CALL LIST.  Like most have said; it's a government program completely void of capability to stop unwanted and unsolicited telephone calls. Once again we get the gov't version of a "warm and fuzzy" do nothing program.
