So jan, if they are doing it for a non profit organization then the organization should be making these calls. This company is BEING EMPLOYED buy the organization in which holds no ties to it. Thus DMS PMS Media is NOT A NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION! I looked It up and verified it with the federal and state of Idaho government! I live in Boise so I know the strings to look. This company is working in a small office in the Holly Shopping Center upstairs in Nampa. They also have a Debt reduction services they are trying to scam you into as well as a sales department selling other things. Thus places them as a FOR PROFIT which they have to comply with the FCC regulations and the DO NOT CALL LIST! I note every time they call (Yep I keep a journal) If I answer it I know the person's name and their supervisior name. Once I hit over 100 I am then forwarding this on to the FCC, Federal government and Governor Kempthorn to fine this company for not complying to federal regulations! Not only that I will then hand deliver a copy of the journal once sent to the offices listed above to show it is consumers like me who wants this to stop. Hell I don't even own a credit card and the b*****ds still calls me! THIS IS ILLEGAL UNWANTED SPAM AND SCAMMING OF A TELEAMARKETER! Which is against the law!

The chicken s*** company is afraid to list a local phone number (even to their employees) and address on the web. I do know they are in the Holly Shopping Center upstairs between, Family Dollar and Desert Industries. It is not that hard to locate it.

Consumer Debt Helpline is actually a company in Nampa Idaho called DMS PCS Media. Of know because I worked for them. They aren't scammers in a way, because they are getting the leads for a legitimate non profit. It may be annoying, but there is nothing you can do about them calling you. Everything they date doing outs perfectly legal, and they are not subject to the DNC list. You can turn them in all you want, out wont do any good. The only person woods time your wasting is your own. They font care iud you play games our tel our scream, they get paid and paid well for what they do . Theres a reason legitimate remarks exist.i. It a very lucrative buisness, and yes Robin Wright its a real person, although she isn't a manager, shes just another rep, although a SR. rep, and dashed very good at what she does

Welcome to the wonderful world of scams. Please keep these people on the phone as long as you can, perform the public service called scambaiting. the longer they are tied up with you, the less likely they are to successfully CON someone else.
when they ask your name - Use your Pet's name,
when they ask for a phone number - Use a local "Dial a joke" or a Fraud helpline#
when they want a Credit card use a "Prepaid" or "Gift" credit card with only a couple cents on it, give them that number.
Always get as much information from them as possible. then post online.
When everything is done ask how successful this scam has been? Let them know you have been "recording the call." and hope that you have helped prevent them from stealing from someone else.

I got the call again from "Card Services" and after I played along with the caller for a bit (I get them several times a week for the past few weeks) he got mad told me to get a life (funny huh) and threated to come to my house and kill me for wasting his time. The numbers are a sham, they wont identify themselves and they wont stop calling.  I travel internationally and these calls have cost me money since, the phone number is always changing and I never know if it a real client or this stupid telemarketing company, there has to be some way to make it stop.

Received a call from this number today where I work which is a State regulatory agency.  The prerecorded message was urging business owners not to miss this opportunity to advertise and be on the first page of a Google directory.  Since when does Google have a hard, paper directory that you can place an ad on?  

Got same message yesterday basically telling me I needed to be listed in Google's local Search Directory only the call came from 503/ 902-8112.

And yes I did place our offices' number on the Do Not Call Registry and as a regulatory agency we do not in any way advertise our services.

Like many others here have already stated my call from 406-351-4531 was a pre-recorded marketing call for home security system. Seems others have this number wanting to lower mortgage rates or lowering interest rates on credit cards etc. Mine was not the case. Makes me think these are identity thieves fishing for personal information. Don't give them or any unknown caller your personal information. You're just asking for big time trouble unless you're a member of LifeLock who covers you up to one million dollars.  

PS   Their number shows up on my caller I.D., but their identity shows up as "Unknown Caller" If it's a legit company why are they blocking their identity?

I got a telephone call from the following telephone number :(406) 351 - 4531. They immediately began speaking of lower interest rates on my credit card. I did not recognize the telephone number, and hung up immediately. I get them too. Since it came through on my cell, I just added the number to my phones reject call list. We'll see if I get anymore from them.

I got a call from 406-351-4531.  They didn't leave a message, however after googling the number it sounds like a company that is trying to sell some type of credit.  I don't want to hear from them again.  I am on the DO NOT CALL registry.

This number has called my office three times today, making it 10 times in the last two weeks!  It's a recorded message to "Attn business owners". I'm assuming it's a telemarketing call and reporting them to the Do Not Call people is useless.  If you stay on the line so that you can have your number removed, it seems like it only makes them call you more.

Just got two calls from this number (406-351-4531) a minute apart, and both left voicemails - same recorded message.  It was concerning advertising to get your business name to come up on the first page of Google.  I have home phone forwarded to cell phone, and so am guessing they tried both, one after the other.  

I can't wait to ask my husband if he received a call, also!  Our cell phone numbers are consecutive.

Identified as PROCEDURES in my caller ID, when I answer, they do not reply.  When I try to call back, I get nothing on the line - no ring, no dial tone, no one answers, nothing.  Quite annoying

I got a call from this number today selling diabetic supplies "for the [non-existant] diabetic in your household". Only option was "press 1 for more information" - no option to remove from the list, etc. I filed and FCC complaint online - the more they get the more likely they are to do something about it.

Received a call from them a few minutes ago on my cell. I didn't answer, I don't answer unknown calls. I don't recall receiving a call from them before.

It looks like they are at it again. it appears they call for a couple of days and then nothing for a few months. I received a phone call this morning on my cell with a recording about lowering my Credit Card Debt. They Said my Credit Card company had given them permission to call me and "help me out" with my interest but I only had a limited amount of time to respond. I believe this is a scam for the simple fact I do not have a credit card. Please report this number to the FCC scam department on there website at www.ftc.gov.
