Keep getting calls and yes on do not call  Have never ordered from them
What are procedure for taking action or stopping them? Contacting State of Montana?
Anyone know?

This number has called me three times in the last two days. Asked to speak to my husband about a household magazine subscription. I pointed out to him that my husband has dementia and did not order any magazines.

I asked not to be called again and stated that I would certainly report the company to the FCC for Do Not Call violations should the calls continue.

Very annoying.

These people threatened bodily harm to me if I didn't give them a credit card number over the phone. I have gotten calls from this number before and have always chosen the "press 1 for no further calls" option. It doesn't work, ever. Normally this number calls and hangs up when I answer the phone. Today they threatened me with physical violence.

Do Not Call never expires, evil folks are just getting more creative.

I have asked this magazine subscription company to stop calling me twice. I have also called their number and pressed #1 to be removed from their list.  I have done this 4 times.  They are still calling me almost every day. The magazine they are calling about has already been renewed directly with the magazine (which is the only way I will renew a magazine) and it doesn't expire for several more years. How can I get them to leave me alone?

This is a telemarketer who is not paying attention to a lot of the basics.  They are not removing numbers on the do not call lists, adjusting their dialing speed to minimize our wait time until they answer the call or monitoring their associates to see how they are handling each call.  This is not a professional call center although probably a pretty large one.

Have been receiving this call several times a week. Reported them to the FCC and National Do Not Call. When I told the woman who did answer this time she laughed and said, "Do whatever you have to lady" and hung up.

Received a call two days ago from this number, listed on my caller ID as "Montana." When the machine picked up. background chatter was recorded (including some pretty rude language) but no one addressed us or our answering machine.

They leave no message so it must not be important.

I keep getting calls from "Circulation Dept."  I usually don't answer, but when I do the caller is extremely rude.  How do I get rid of these people.  I get several calls a day.

called my place of business and said " your getting on my D@mn nerves" and hung up.

This number was on my caller id when I got home from work.  The name listed was "MC".  Caller didn't leave a message.  After reading all the posts on this site, I will not answer the phone if they call back!

Vista, Ca  - have received calls from this number with no message being left on answering machine

They claimed to be from discover magazine and said I had to renew "right now" to avoid
a price increase and wanted me to pay $2.00 a copy!
The caller ID said "circulation"--A total scam.
When I told them I did not do this on the phone he said they were trying to save postage.
Every word was a lie!

Receive a call several times weekly with no message left. Caller ID comes up as Circulation Dept. I do not do any business over the phone concerning magazine subscriptions.

Caller ID says, "Montana"... no messages, calls on average twice a day, and to be clear, I don't know anyone or anything in Montana.

The are calling 2 to 3 times per day. I cancelled all my subscriptions to magazines last year. There is no info on the web and the Number is for Red Lodge , Montana.
Probably a scam to get your credit card numbers. Probably some old list of mag subscriber and not tied to the actuall magazine company.

Some lady called and asked me if I was enjoying my subscription to Playboy.  When I told her I canceled my subscription over a year ago, she hung up.

They called offering to renew my subscription to Popular Science for 3 years at $2.00 a copy.  My subscription does not expire until 4/2014 which surprised the caller.   I could renew through Popular Science for $0.91 a copy.  Whoever called - in violation of my states and federal no call laws - is a total ripoff outfit.

I get a call once a day. They 1st asked for exwife who moved out 15 yr ago. I told them, they said would update record. They still call once a day. Should be a law against this.

I receive calls from this number daily,sometimes several daily.......Wish I had some time to get a small group of vigillanties to go track down this telemarketing firm...Shouldn't be too hard in a small podunk town of less than 2500 population.....Amazing they are still alive in such a small town of
mT. The locals must all be in on the scam !

No message left; just another interruption at dinnertime. If it were a legitimate caller they would leave a message. Sod off, w**kers!

Received a call from this number on October 27. Did not answer, just let it go to answering machine. Caller did not leave a message. Caller ID said: "Red Lodge MT". Have not received any more calls from this number.

I received a call from this number on 11/30 that said his name was Ken calling from Global Reader Services and was trying to get me to pay for a subscription over the phone that doesn't expire for another year. He said he was going to 'turn it over' if I didn't pay over the phone today. The caller id said it was an 'unknown' number.

Been getting calls from this #. I do not answer and they do not leave a message on ans machine. I screen  all my calls fortunetly. My wife does not!

Got a call from this number this morning.  It was a computer generated call and I answered before the computer switched to the 'live" person and got dead air.  When finally, getting someone they asked for someone other than myself.  

If you have Internet/cable/VOIP you probably have the ability to block incoming calls on a number by number basis.  That's what I am going to do once I post this.  If you are on the "DNC" list there are fines that can be issued to the calling party that you will get.  Go for it....

I receive calls from this number over and over re: Guidepost.  I have requested repeatedly to be taken off the call list, but they, of course, don't.  Wish there was some real resolution to the problem.  Last time I answered, I let the women start her spiel, put the phone down and walked away.  Wonder how long it took her to realize that she was talking to air.  WIll do this from now on since they won't quit calling.  Don't like to play games, but do want to discourage them from calling.

This caller calls about every two or three days and never says anything and when I try to call it back, there is a message that says the number cannot be reached.
