Got a call from them.  Not thinking I answered the phone before looking at the number.  Said they could renegotiate my IRS debt.  Looked the number up here and as I suspected - spammer!  

Its ebay alright. They claim I had a negative balance weeks after I closed my store. After I read the terms carefully, I learned that items I listed that didn't sell would be relisted until I canceled.them. there are also other nickle and dime fees they added on plus REFUNDS for merchandise that I have never received back yet the buyers were unhappy and filed claims. I suffered a TIA or stroke before the holidays and had someone shut my ebay down for me
He said I was getting 2 calls a day from ID ebay. He answered.  Informed them of my stroke.  They said they were sorry but despite the fact he is my 14 year partner they could not give him info.
I recently was well enough to remember and check and the amount due is crazy high because they add an interest on past due fees. I just started getting calls from this #. I'm assuming its ebay collections. I intend to pay in installments like they paid me but my partner is handling my affairs because I get confused but they still wont talk to him. I'm begining to feel like unhappy eBay poster above. Between rock and a biased place.

Guy couldn't connect me to the person to collect, was just collecting info to verify current address being accurate.


Gave me a # to call which connected me to 888-474-8332   which is  IC System - a debt collection company based on St. Paul, MN.

This number has called my cell phone for 2 days so far. They never leave a message. You'd think if it was a debt collection that they'd leave a message.

I see others posting that its eBay/Pay Pal collections.

Well, if it is eBay or PayPal looking for money, THEY should call or write me, not these people.

A collections agency. SO ANNOYING. Don't answer, just pay off the delinquent accounts.

Man I got a call from them an waited to see who it was an nobody answered but the computer kept saying hold on. Find out ebay says I owe them money even tho wat they say I didn't pay my bank account an PayPal says other wise. Lady was saying in lying I'm like wtf ever. eBay can kiss my a** saying I gotta pay twice for fees. Umhm ya right. Reject the call ppl there ignorant eBay ppl.

sounds like the same ole tired shilling..."pay your obligations"  nasty little boiler room turds.   Heck,  I wouldn't pay if I did owe.  I'd  dispute it and let them see if they can collect,  just for the fun of it.  hell,  I have prepaid legal....nasty little pests....

Come on, people--pay your debt!
You have outstanding bills and wonder why you get these calls.
Why do you all scream, "SCAM" when a debt collector calls?
It won't get you out of your obligations, and your credit history will suffer.

Lady with Indian accent called.  Told me that she is trying to transfer my call but the line is currently busy.  I asked what it was for and she repeated that she is trying to transfer a call.  

I told her I think what she is doing is probably illegal since she will not give me any information about the call and she asked me again to hold on while she tries to transfer the call.

I then told her I will be reporting this call and to remove me from their call list.

She gave an old address of mine.

They call all the time. It is extremely annoying. They are some sort of telemarketing or agency that seems very sketchy. Need to block this number!

just looked up IC Systems  my call came from IC System no S. called real phone number there office is not even open  the real IC Systems needs to get involved

got a call just now from 406 540 1246 Her name was Kathleen ext 7548 saying i had a debt from Ebay , signed in while she was on phone my ebay account was clean and clear total b***s*** tried to rush me to pay the fake debt

Called me twice and left no message. ????

got call from this number . I asked them why you call, they did not answer and hung up .

They are a debt collection agency..   which also buys "SOL debt"  (look it up on the internet)  and uses sites like "people search" to find names which match..  

If they can get to say you owe it.. you do...  even if it is not your bill  to start with....  That is why they need (and do not have) all of the personal info...

Keep getting spam calls from this number.

They call every day at the same time . Once I answered , they even know my name. I ask who is calling, then they hung up.

These guys called me and asked that i reimburse them for the fraudulent birth certificate they gave me.  I told them to go pound sand, because that Sherrif in Arizona wasn't being fooled.   So I aint pain.

Hey eBay (406-540-1246) suck my a** and then you can have your money for f****n deleting our store! Kiss my a**, you take everyones money EVERY day on listing fees, final value fees, shipping fees and oh yeah PAYPAL??? Come on, do your self a favor and stick it in your a**. If I live in California I'd stick it in your a** and break it off.

I called them back after reading these entries.  The collection agency had my name and home address also.  They said I had a negative paypal balance. BUT I DONT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT!   They said take it up with Paypal so I did.  Someone ID thefted me, apparently.  Paypal said they would research and if I didn't do it they would notify the collection agency.(How in the heck are they going to figure that out??) I told them their Co sucks cause they allow people to setup fraudulent accts using innocent people's name address and home phone . THIS COULD BE HAPPENING TO SOME OF YOU!!   Jay

Ebay collections

Even thought you may have blocked this number, they change the number every 2 weeks. I have a negative balance of $30 on my PayPal and they have gone through 3 numbers trying to get me to pay it back. I refuse, as it was not me who spent the money.

They are already blocked. Everytime they try the get the disconnect message. Their recording can talk to my recording :)

I didn't answer but looked up this number here. I don't answer numbers I do not recognize.  I have a credit balance on my Paypal account and haven't used eBay in a couple years. I can take money out, so why they are calling is a mystery!

Not only do they call my landline but they also call my cellphone. They call every day at all times of the day.

Call over and over. All hang ups. Never a message.

when I called back they wouldn't answer.  i assume its for ebay collections.
