Received a call back from 214-442-1700, which according to 800notes is Encore Payment Systems in Dallas, TX. Yes, I really want to do business with a company that solicits via pre-recorded phone calls that don't provide a business name in violation of the telemarketing rules.

Answered our business line, nobody there. Coincidentally, there was a PRIVATE CALL (no number displayed) about 1 minute before that for 'Google confirming your recent change in information'

Pre-record to my business line, without including a business name, about being able to get back some of the merchant fees (if you happen to take credit cards). Overly long monologue before you get to the part where you press 1 to waste the callers time. Unfortunately, it only accepts a voice mail, which I assume will be provided as leads to some scam merchant processing shop. Left a fake name (so I can p, so it will be interesting to see who calls back, and how long I get keep them talking before they realize there's no sale. I hope he pays a nice chunk of change for the bad lead.
Will update with additional info if/when they call back.

Your phone calls come in all at once, we are a medical office and you tie up our phones so we cannot make calls. Today we had to call an ambulance for one of our patients and could not get out because you have tied up our phones. Opting out does not help either.
PLEASE STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
