I asked who they were calling for. hey said they could help reduce interest raes for any credit card. I asked if they were telemarketers and he said no. But when I asked where they got my number, they hung up.

This number called me and I didn't answer it but I do not even have a credit card. I keep getting stupid calls about credit cards and mortgages and I don't have either!

I received this call indicating I could lower my credit card rate.  I hung up on them.

Got a call from this number today.  Spoke to them and they tried tell me that they could lower my interest to 0%.  Yeah, right!  Then, proceeded to ask for my Credit Card number and address.

Again...Yeah, right.  I asked for a number to call them back and they would not give me one.  I figure if they don't want to be contacted, it means they don't want to be discovered either.  SHADY!!!!  Never give your credit card number to these people.

Same here...I looked it up and found the following:

Spoofed Numbers: Caution, 407-000-7428 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain,
