Received a call this afternoon (2/7/13).  Did not answer nor did they leave a number.  Also, noted my phone is showing that they called on 1/31/13 which I remember as being a telemarket call for mortgage rates.

If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC and FTC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. Recently, they shut down five of these scams.

I just got a call pressed 1 to tell them I had already pressed 3 numerous times to be removed.  Then they get rude and start cussing me.  Went and filled out the complaint form on the donotcall.gov form.

Received two calls from this number within 26 hours. It's a mortgage refinancing company. Apparently, it's non-profit because it gets around all the do not call registries. You get a robo-call and pressing 3 to be removed from the list does NOT work. So, I press 1 to talk to a person. It calls through to someone probably nowhere near the 407 area code and they say, "Oh, we don't have a list. You're supposed to press 3 to be removed." I TRIED THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keeps calling my number - I do not answer and they leave no voice mail - very irritating!

I just got a call from this #, w/ no msg left on V/M. If they want a C/B, then leave a freakin' msg, hopefully w/ a toll free #!!! Don't know anyone in this area code, other than a cruise line call center.

Same as all the other posts,when I try to call a recording tells me their mailbox has not yet been set up.

Yeah, I got a call from him too and then googled him.  He appears to be just some bum that's probably out there to rip you off.  I always let calls go to voicemail if I don't know who the caller is and then I usually google them so I can get an idea of what I'm dealing with.  To take it a step further, I keep the number in my cell and name the caller by company name or the callers name so that when they call back again I know who it is and not to pick up.  There's never a good reason to pick up when people conduct business the way they do.

This guy turns out to be Balzan Oswaldo from a company I'm sure he threw together called Arbal Eximport Corp. Sunrise, Fl.  He's an ex-con.  Go ahead and google him.  You'll see mugshot and all.  What a loser.

On 1/21/13 this number called me more than a dozen times.  At first you get an automated message that directs you to option #3 to remove your number from the caller list.  Since that obviously does not work and I was being constantly called, I held until a person came on.  I asked the person to identify himself, he would not.  I asked that he NOT call my number again, for which he replied he had no control over.  I then asked why provide their option #3 to remove my number from their calling list if there was not control over it.  He responded by screaming at me, "I'M WORKING TO FEED MY FAMILY MAN", then hung up on me.

Well my boyfriend just asked me if I knew someone named balzan oswaldo who sounds like a bad dude lol. So I entrred his name on google and first blip that came up was his name snd his mugshot. Sooooooo I bet he works ss a telemarketer from home. Can't wait to actually answer the phone to this chump haha.

Every one of these callers has the same "call back" which says "user mailbox is full" or some similar wording. I have found that if I take the phone off the hook and just listen, I can hear someone breathing and WHEN THEY SAY HELLO, then just say BOO!!! At least we can play their game

I say, Just don't even answer. Or better yet, answer and immediately hang up- another way is to just leave the phone off the hook and if you hear Hello,hello-just hang up them

They did leave a message, for mortgage loan modifacation. I recommend not answering it and it should be on the do not list.

Got a call, didn't answer.  They left no message.  That tells me something when they don't leave a message!

I got a call from this number and i got the same message when i called it back saying the voice mailbox hadn't been set up yet ! Then it said bye and hung up!

Agree. B*****ds would not answer who the company name was. These pricks do not care what the law is. Time to catch them and jail them!
