another un-known call. do they ever stop? why can we not block all these?

I have gotten calls twice a day for the last 3 weeks from these people calling from 407-299-8446/8165/8934.  They never leave a message, and the times I have picked up the phone to tell them to stop calling there is no one at the other end of the line.  I use the  "block call" feature my phone service provides, and I recently reported them to  ftc.gov.  407 is a Florida area code, so next I will email the atty. general there with my complaint......

I just had a call from 407-299-8446. He asked to speak to my husband. I told them he did not want health insurance and he hit the button my mistake on the computer while trying to get to something else.  The young man said he was a bill collector and hung up. Surely, if that was true in this economy he would want the money and ask questions to make sure he knew where he was to do so. I know for a fact my husband filled out a form on the internet because it popped up and he thought he had to do it to get the desired website. They have been calling for 3 weeks now. They are rude actually.

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, AND LIKE YOU SAID WHEN I CALL BACK I GET A BUSY SIGNAL OR NO ANSWER. I WAS LOOKING AT PRICES FOR HEALTH INSURANCE PRICES FOR MY FAMILY AND I BELIEVE IT'S THEM WHO ARE CALLING ME.

I believe the following numbers are associated with online health insurance quotes, whenever I call back I get a busy signal or no answer.  Please do not do business with anyone you have had contact with on-line because it has to be a scam.  407-299-8446,310-868-1456,321-281-5713,407-299-8272,407-299-8197,352-433-0085,917-546-3043,702-953-2420.

We are getting calls from this number too and don't know who it is. They hang up as soon as I answer. Does anyone know who it is or why they call?
