Um ... one of the first criteria to "pursue in court" is to identify the other party, and get papers served.
It is VERY difficult to serve papers if:
1) You cannot identify the other party
2) The caller's number has been faked
3) The scammer is in another country.
If you could afford a lawyer, why did you need a loan?

They called and offered me a loan I agreed and they said they needed 170 on a money pak I did it now can't get a hold of them so called my lawyer and and pursuing in court
