Scumbag keeps calling about a free goverment air conditioner program, I booked the appointment. Excitement, I cant wait to be face to face with the freek!!!

That is exactly what I was going to do!  In fact, when they called me this morning for the 50th time even after I pressed 2 to be taken off their list, I pressed 1 to schedule an appointment but got DC'ed.  Just waiting for them to call back.

The so called "Energy Conservation Group" reprehensive made a statement to me that would not stop calling unless they were able to come to my home and do the inspection. They have some nerve making a statement like that. So I said OK go ahead come out, however they never showed up or kept going when they seen the police outside waiting for them.

FYI: the Police Department said the phone number is a cell phone "407-731-2648".

This tells me there not a legit company and most likely scammers.

Help Stop them by filling a compliant with local Police and State Attorney.
