Actually, this is a widespread scam which has nothing to do with Hilton. It is a telemarketing fraud operated by a boiler room using illegal robo-dialers.
If you call and request that your number be placed on the internal "list", your number will be confirmed and repeatedly called in the future, as well as for other scams operated by this boiler room and their associates.
Be warned folks - this is a fraud - don't fall for it!!

If you call and request that your number be placed on the internal "list" as this shill suggests, your number will be confirmed and repeatedly called in the future, as well as for other scams operated by this boiler room and their associates.

I get 4 or 5 calls a day from this number. Never anyone there, never leaves a message, they won't answer if I call it back. It calls my house phone, business phone and cell phone. I have read that some think it's because they recently stayed at a Hilton. I haven't in 2 yrs and even then it was my company phone number from a previous job. I have been on the do not call list! This is not winning any points for the already annoying Hilton Family.

I have been receiving calls from 407-722-3532 and shows up as "Hilton" on caller I.D. Never leaves a message. Anyone getting calls from this number?

I just received a call from this number and because I was working at that time I didn't answer. Because no message was left I decided I'd google it and this link came up. We stayed at the Double Tree Hotel last weekend. Is it part of the Hilton corporate? I'm assuming so and this could be a follow up call. Hopefully, it will stop.

I received a call today from this #. It was a rep from Hilton who was offering a special deal, $349 to stay at a new "Gold Crown" or Gold level (?) hotel in either New York, or Orlando ($249), or Las Vegas ($249). Airfare, needless to say, was not included. The $349 was for 4 days and 3 nights.

I traced down how they got my BUSINESS number, which I forward to my CELL.
A friend of my husband's likes to play in Las Vegas. She gave his name out apparently to receive some opportunity. I discovered this because she gave her own ADDRESS. Then, my business number was inadvertently listed in my husband's name in a secondary market phone book last year.
Yikes! So I'm receiving calls from the area code of one of my best customers, and its NOT a business opportunity. Maybe you, too, have a 'friend' who thinks dropping your number is okay?

Continually getting calls from this number and I too am on the National Do Not Call list. They are also calling my cell phone - of course do not leave a message. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling, to no avail. I am now making it a point to NOT stay at their hotels.

I just stayed at the Hilton on Nov. 4th so I am guessing that the call I received was from Hilton. I hope they do not continue to call.
Mysteryman 2011-06-06 20:48:07 Unknown
They called me - and no one was there when I answered. Let's see if they call back. Not a good reference for Hilton. It makes me want to never stay with them again. AND - I'm on the do-not-call list.

Many calls from this number on my caller ID. Never any message left and I have never been there to answer the phone on one of these calls. I do have many "hang-up" calls .....maybe this is one of them?
lds 2011-06-06 20:48:07 Unknown
I too have had a number of these on my caller id - finally was here to answer one this morning and no one responded when I said hello. Am a Hilton Honors Gold person and this doesn't make me a happy camper!

This call came in to a business.
This cannot keep happening.
If all the secretaries get together, we can get
our companies to pressure them when they go to make deals.
This is not the way to do business anymore.

For the past week been receiving 3 calls a day from 407-532-3791. When I do answer they hang up on me. When I tried calling to get taken off their list I just sit on hold and after about 10 minutes somebody picks the line and hangs up. So far today I've received 3 calls, 9am, 12p, and 1p. All 3 hang-ups.
Also I'm on the national do-not call list.

I am to getting calls from the 407-532-3791 Hilton on my caller ID.I have not stayed at a Hilton in years. I, too, am on the National as well as my State's NO Call lists. I also am getting calls from Tech Co with the number 305-722-3240. I can not find out who these people are. Never call when I'm available to answer the phone.

I've been receiving calls from this number and no one is on the line. Just dead air and then click, click, click and the dialtone. The rub is they are using my toll free number so I'm paying for it! I don't know it's them because the caller ID is blocked. I have a B&B so I always answer the phone. I finally googled the number and found this site.
How do I put a stop to these calls?

Hilton Grand Vacations uses (407) 722-3515 and (407) 532-3791 to call from. I cannot believe the Hilton dared give my # to these obnoxious people. They ask marital status/"significant other", employment status, income, smoker/non-smoker, etc!!! This personal information is not necessary to book a "special deal" trip!!! I finally told them to never call again and I hung up on the woman. I then sent an e-mail complaint demanding that they never call me again. Guess what? They did.
Flood them with e-mail complaints at: MRC@hilton.com

Have been contacted several times by this number. Fortunately, the number rings differently than other calls, so I recognize it and don't answer. Very annoying.

I stayed at the Double Tree and I am now getting calls from this number. They must have taken my number from there since Double Tree and the Hilton are the same thing.
Paris stop calling me!!! I dont like you any more!!!

I have also been getting calls from 407-532-3791 with caller ID Hilton at 8 - 9 PM EST every night for the past week.

Calls and hangs up. ANNOYING!
Schillid 2008-01-04 14:44:18 Unknown
The thing is, that if you have ever signed up for anything with ANY Hilton company or affiliate they own, they can call you. Your electronic signature is all they need for permission. The DO NOT CALL registry does not apply when we have opted in to receive information. It is only effective on unsolicited telemarketing. Any time you sign up for any kind of e-newsletter or traveler program, or register to use a website, guess what, you have just gave them free reign to contact you.
Just call the number back and listen to the automated message. There is an opt out option, that you can select. A very nice operator will take your information and your number will be removed within 72 hours.

If you've stayed at a Hilton, this is most likely the reason that they are calling you. I had a christmas party at the Hilton in Minneapolis, and ever since then I have been receiving calls from this number. I never answer and they call a lot. I highly doubt it has anything to do with the Hilton in Orlando. That is just the location that they do their telemarketing from.

I received several missed calls from 407 5323791 on my cell#. Search online, saw it was Hilton since I do have an upcoming trip to FL and will be staying at a Hilton I thought it was the hotel trying to confirm something. Turns out it's the telemarketing dept for the vac/ time share gimmick. I asked that my # be removed from their data base which will take 72 hours. Time will tell.

Why anyone would visit Florida and choose Orlando is crazy enough. If I am going to be in some painfully-hot, semi-dangerous locale, at least place me on the beach.
